Receptionist receiving telephone calls need to learn proper telephone etiquette. It doesnt matter how many calls she is receiving in a day, she is absolute arrogant and a dominating attitude over callers. i heard good things about the company but sorry my first impression did not meet expectations at all.

Trojan is one of the best construction company now a days in UAE. No doubt on that. We are so lucky to do business with Trojan. But I have a main concern regarding the receptionist. I saw many review so far mentioning the receptionist behavior and attitude. There is a Philippine lady in the reception who believes Trojan is her husbands property and she is from some Shaikh family . I dont know why a company like Trojan still maintaining an arrogant staff like her even after too many complaints that may spoil their reputation. No person is bigger than the firm. A smiling face, helping mentality and generous attitude is the key qualifications for a lady in that post. Sorry to say she is just the opposite. Mark my word she going to be a burden for this great firm and a spoiler of reputation.

Security department should be friendly and atleast allow someone to drop CVS on reception. But he didnt allowed me even I show him my Covid.19 negative result and I told him I came second time from Dubai. I just neads the e mail of HR. But he didnt understand my situation and not allowed me to enter.

I worked sincerely in this company. But unfortunately I couldnt continue.
