Very very unprofessional. I gave an HP laptop for repair and they took it for testing and replied after 1 week. the cost was very high compared to what they said before I gave it to them. I went to take that back and they charged me 50AED. They should have informed me that the checking is chargeable when they receive my laptop the first time. just to take the laptop from the other room, they took more than half an hour. I don´t know why Brands like HP and Asus gave the certified service center Tag.

When it comes to repairing Laptop such as Asus Zen book the laptop is a fail and the warranty repair is worst. The laptop entered workshop more than using it.

Worst experience ever. I placed by Dell PC with them for an issue related to non-charging, I waited for more than 25mins they took AED50 /- advance for diagnosis, the PC stayed with them for +month, they never reply to any call, I tried to call them everyday.Eventually, it cost me ~AED380/- in total to change the charging pin. I had to accept although it is too expensive in my opinion. but I wanted my PC back.I picked up the PC after waiting for more than 20mins since there is only one employee in front office, when I came home I discovered that the same issue persists, the PC is not charging, and the they gave me the PC without testing, although my cable was with them for that reason.I had to go again and give the PC with the cable to check again. after few days they sent an email that the PC is ready for pickup, the issue was from the cable not from the charging pin, but they said, both needed change. they claimed that I didnt give them the cable also, despite the fact that I did. finally they gave me a new cable (to replace my cable which they claim didnt receive or it was not working) the cable is cheaper than AED380/- which I paid but they didnt refund anything. they dont even have manager or supervisor to complain.Expensive and very bad service and dont accept any complain as they have only one front office employee with no access to manager nor to a phone no. that they pickup. I dont recommend at all

Needless to say, they really think it is a smart move to take advantage of ones situation... which isnt quite wise of them. 2) They aren’t professional with their tasks nor the way they attract or manage their customers.Other than the fact the service itself claims that its the “best” ... but needless to say i doubt so . This is not the service you should provide, If you truly respect and value your time and money... i strongly advise that you go for another service center!

Customer service is dreadful. Youd have to pester the agents (A LOT) for an update rather than them keeping you informed. They take an awfully long time to just analyze. In my personal experience, it took them a month and a half to tell me they didnt know what the problem was. They dont have the capacity to test out the changes as well. During this period, they suggested a random change and asked me to pay the sky for it. Wanting assurance, I asked if I could test it out before I pay up. Then started a process where they changed the same component 3 times and I had to pick it up and give it back thrice without the issue being rectified. Completely appalled that this place is the only official DELL service provider in Abudhabi.

* The worst vendor support experience.* They dont have a service center in Abu Dhabi, everything has to be ship to dubai back and forth to be fixed.* They dont answer their service center number, even if you wait for half an hour on the answer machine.* its hard to find parking where they reside in Abu Dhabi, youll keep roaming to find one for 15 to 30 minutes and youll end up with parking your car far away.* They told me my printer is ready and can be collected next business day, i went on time and it was not ready!* They send you email and SMS that you collected your fixed machine and asking for review while you did not.* They ask you to bring the printer to their service center regardless how big you printer is.* I dont recommend dealing with them at all.

The poorest customer support due to:1. Took almost 4 months to fix a laptop which had to be given multiple times to them to repair.2. After receiving the laptop, I came to know a low end camera component is installed. (480p camera installed instead of default 720p)3. Received my laptop with number of scratches, and when notified to the service centre they claimed the scratches were already there.4. Customer support team have only one thing to say everytime you call them: Concerned team / technicians will call you to assist further, but no response from anyone.

I gave my laptop 1 month and 15 days ago ,its been more than a month just to order parts and the parts have not been arrived yet. We have to constantly call and email them just to have an update. Worst service , not being professional about the work . Their technician and other works are bad . I request yll not trust them and do not waste your time on this service center. I really fed up and angry for its service

Worst service ever !! Starting from their call center to the Technicians all were unprofessional! The call center guy called Andrew was fighting with me with no reason ! We send the device for repair twice and the issue still exists!!! When you call them they just put you on hold ! Really worst service I ever had !

Terrible customer serviceTerrible communicationWhen laptop was dropped off for repair was advised two weeks. Nearly six weeks later I finally got the unit back.Despite numerous calls, I was unable to get any idea on when the repair would be done. I was promised calls to escalate but nobody ever returned a call until the day the unit was ready.My recommendation would be dont use them for any repairs. The work seems fine but the ability to provide that service in a reasonable time or provide any updates was terrible.

Unfortunately poor services and not customer oriented company very slow process and they rely on insufficient tracking system which result in two weeks to just diagnosed the problem with my laptop. Furthermore when I send an emails to track my order no reply 😒 and when I call the call center it was a disaster experience poor voice system down and they filed to answer my question 😔

Can’t say it’s perfect service because of COVID 19. But the staffs are supportive. If you are driving alone to that place my advice is to go with someone else because there are no parkings available that area. Or else you can call them they will send support staff to carry your items.

I took my laptop (a Dell Inspiron) to get fixed a few days after Eid. They told me it will be done in about two weeks, and I did get it in almost two weeks, so no problem with that. BUT heres the problem. The issues that I had with the laptop that I described to them, its STILL there. They called me up and told me that they have identified the problem and will be ordering all that parts that was required, and I know thought okay. I can finally have a noiseless, issueless laptop and get it fixed before the warranty is up. BUT now I am using it, why does it have all the problems that it did before the service?Also I would like to add - all the bad reviews that you see here are here for a reason. Getting a good service from them would be a rare thing. So if you can get your laptop/device fixed from somewhere else, do that. Dont take it here unless you have no choice.

If you think Etisalats customer service is bad, wait till you have to deal with these guys. Absolutely the worst customer service, would give them 0 stars if I could.In spite of calling consistently, the technical person kept avoiding my calls and never provided any updates. Its been a month and Im yet to receive the TV. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Ive spent so much time calling them that they should probably pay me for using their service.

About HP Omen from jumbo abudabi. The laptop has problem with its network adaptor. I have to submit the laptop for service 5 time. Engineer who is looking is not responsible. And he made so many damages to the laptop. So please do not buy this HP laptops, if you are buying also take extended warranty !! 😭😭

I have taken my laptop for repairs and they told me that it will be ready in two weeks, five weeks later and after lots of calls and yelling they sent me a message that it was ready, when I went to the office in Abu Dhabi, they told me they meant that the repairs finished but it was still in Dubai, it took them three days to get it. I understand that this happened in time of lock down due to COVID-19, but there is lack of communication with customers, and a level of unprofessionalism that I have never seen elsewhere.

Do not opt for ensure if you have other options. They have a case status page on their website to track the update of your work order, which is never updated. And you have a waiting time of about 5 weeks minimum, dont fall for their promise of 2 weeks.

Printer returned after repair - same issue as before! HP helpline told us Ensure Services would arrange to collect (we live 1 hour away) and leave us a replacement printer, neither of which happened. Disappointing but not surprising as the level of service for anything here is generally poor.

This company provides very helpful service as it represents a number of brands with no service presence in Abu Dhabi. I had first class service for my HP printer and came back as brand new. other brands such as Samsung are also served as they act as a broker in between the customers and Samsung.
