Your receptionist in the Abu Dhabi location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely asked her a question to which she responded Look here, I am about to leave now. Call back tomorrow between 8 am and 5 pm. I am hoping these calls are recorded for quality assurance so that Dark Matter can revise its customer service approach to be more hospitable and inviting in the future. This receptionists attitude was inexcusable and I have never encountered such a bad attitude with any organization I have ever called anywhere in the world.

The Cyber Services head up by Eddie Schwartz is substandard at best. The ExPats working there look down on Emirates and treat them with disdain and disrespect. Ignore the salary its a snake-pit there.
