Avoid ZAFAR Computer !They proposed a quotation but finally asked for more money at the end !Have disconnected my DVD burner and a big fan. I asked several times how to reconnect .... no answer when it comes to he fan. They didnt advised me that the DVD burner was not compatible. Not fair !

I had a technical issue with my laptop and went to this shop to fix it ... After 2 weeks the same exact issue apper again but the guy didnt tell me what was the problem in the first time he just said I just clean the motherboard I am a software engineer and I cant work without my laptop so i bought a new one from them until my issue got fixed... Anyway in the 2nd time he told me that this is another issue and I need to let my laptop for 2 days . I went to another famuse shop in the same area which was expert with fixing laptops and he fix it for me and give me the exact reason for the issue and it has been 3 mounths since that and the issue didnt apper again and i never used the 2nd laptop which i bought it for nothing.

Got my Gaming rig from this shop... had problem with my ssd but they managed to change it with a new one quickly... I think this shop has the best price for computer parts... and almost complete... Highly Recommended for gamers like me...

I bought a corsair 1200i power supply from them. I asked if it was brand new and i was told it was. Upon closer inspection it seems like the box was opened and a different sticker was placed on top of another beneath it. The sticker beneath the first one was opened. Aside from that everything was packaged perfectly and it seems like nothing was used. The power supply is working perfectly with no issues to report. It just struck me as strange. Maybe it was a refurbished unite, not sure. They gave me an decent price for the power supply. They have some water cooling hardware at the store. I would recommand them but I would suggest that you inspect everything very carefully before buying it.

Very poor after sale service. If there are any issues after purchase, there is no support and only false assurance.Re: Thanks for your response on the post above. However, I came back carrying my PC computer multiple times to your shop and my issue still remains unresolved. The technicians in the shop kept on saying that there is no problem in the computer, which is not true.

Fixed my laptop very quickly.

Unfortunately I dealt with them because of an issue in my power supply, they were unprofessional which lead their manger to get in to solve the issue which his staff carelessly bothered to find out, their staff dosent have the knowledge nor the behavior for a good customer service, when they put my desktop in my car their was a leg missing when i asked they respond to me i dont know 🤕.Do i recommend them?No i don’t recommend them only if they are you last choice

I purchased Dell computer OptiPlex 9020 from Zafar Computers in Abu Dhabi and I have had a very bad experience. The talk during the sale was very impressive which mad us purchase the machine from Zafar instead of buying from elsewhere.We purchase the machine on 17th July and upon delivery we were only given job order completion form without any invoice / receipts for the payment. The PC is as per our configuration, however the Windows version installed would not update and only say Checking for Updates for more than 48 hours. Upon taking the computer to the Zafar again (they do have technicians also on their premises), I was refused any service since I did not hold any invoice or receipt (which I never received !) After proving my purchase through the Job Order Form, they accepted my machine and they deleted the Service Pack 1 on my Windows 7 and returned the computer saying the issue has been resolved. However, while performing updates myself at home, we found the same issue again and windows would not update. I called them back and got a very rude response and was told that I will charged again should I bring the computer back to them and my windows is up to date (please note I am not an IT expert but I have worked on Windows professionally and I can rate my self 7/10 for any computer / software related issues). I was also denied a clear copy of the sales invoice from Zafar Computers and Zafar Technology (their head office).My issue remains unresolved and I am very disappointed by the service (within one month of purchasing brand new faulty machine) and I would not recommend purchasing computers from here as I am left with defective PC and have wasted several hours trying to have this fixed through them, and dont want to waste any more time to escalate this any further.Good Luck !
