Unsealed toners - that doesn’t work.This is the first time I deal with them I got four toners for my printer three of them were ok and one was used - unsealed, and when I tried using it, “supplies issue” message showed on the printer.I was close to the shop, so I called to ask for a new one 10 minutes before they close. They asked me to bring the old one to determine if it was used. They totally missed the part where I told them it was not sealed. Of course it was used and how seeing a used toner will help you determine if it was used :), they obviously didn’t believe what I said. Customer service is bad. I proposed that I can drop or they collect the used ink later yet, it was not welcomed, even though I explained that I had an urgent task to be done and I need the toner for that.My first and last time to deal with them.
