Oh dear Tim Hortons 😩 This is what you promise but sadly, this is what the customer gets 😢(see photos ) I did ask for no peppers but I did expect cheese to be melted (it wasn’t) and I did expect steak I could actually bite. What I got was something akin to canned beef or baby food. I’ve always been a great fan of TH but the service and food at this branch is definitely not something to come back for. UPDATE price refunded and free drink given.

Tim Hortons. Mushrif Mall. Located on level 1.Today I ordered the new Oreo Iced Cappuccino. Medium size 18dhs. Too sweet for my liking. Also picked up box of doughnuts 🍩. Nice friendly staff. Dining area closed for now. Takeaway orders only. Mall parking is available. Wheelchair accessible.

Ive made an order via their application, it tales for ever, when i called them they said they dont have available rider to deliver my order, if you cant manage to serve your customers properly then dont launch ordering online services.

Today I visited this coffee shop in my first time and I request coffee when the waiter serve to me I surprised that cockroach on the counter its very disappointing hygiene and cleaning its very important you should work on it and it will be my last visit this coffee.

The supervisor in this branch is teasing clients with his mocky smile😒...totally careless....will not visit this branch as long as he is there

Well ordered a latte, sandwich and timbits the cashier really tried to sell the promotion 1 donut for 1 extra dirhim so after 2 attempts i said ok. She tells me the total i pay i start looking at the order she assures me everything is there so i drive off get home and that up sell on the donut she never put it in the bag. Always check your order because no matter what they say, it doesnt mean they actually checked the order

The team did not know what goes into Tuscan chicken panini so I ended up with a panini that tastes nothing like the original Tuscan

Before when I ordered French vanilla cup. The cup is used to come full and sweet. Now the taste is near to water no sweet at all. Moreover, the cup is not full when I asked they said machines setting!!! Everything is become worst in tim hortons abu dhabi only due to money saving which will never be acceptable by us and all customer of tim
