One of the worst company when taking care of tenants!From now i will not choose ADCP the next time i rent a flat! For 4 days now we dont have any A/C in the flat with my kids crying in the night in the middle of the summer! I spoke with ADCP for the last 4 days kept on follow up n continiously raise my concerns!!! but nothing. You could really tell that there is no care for their tenants the call center told me that they only do follow ups with their contractor which is Adeeb and thats it.The worst experience ever! I feel so helpless and unvalued with them. No one deserved to be treated like this!

On ADCP portal Flat rent for the year is Showing AED 55,000 but the Agents can get you the same Flat at AED 47,000 with the Issuance of Letter from the Owner of that Building. Why dont ADCP give Market Rate directly to the Tenants so that Abu Dhabi can Avoid these illegal Agents. Why ADCP are accepting the Letters from the Building Owners when ADCP themselves are managing the Building/Buildings. This is attire cheating. ADCP should stop accepting Letters from the Owners through illegal Agents and ADCP should give fare Rent prices to the Tenants directly as per the Market rate. Where is the Tolerance Here ADCP? ADCP employees, please search your own Flats on Dubizzle and you will find many illegal Agents mobile numbers, you call them and pose yourself as seeking a Flat in Mussafah Residential, Abu Dhabi City or any where in UAE for the ADCP Flats, The Agents will show you Studio, 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK etc and they will give you all the information about the Flat that This Flat on ADCP website or at ADCP office us at that Rate and I will give you at this Rate with a Letter from the Building Owners. You will know this illegal Agency working for ADCP Flats. Please investigate and pose yourself as a Tenant and looking for a Flat to Rent. Thank you
