It’s a good gym. However the management is very very poor. The gym and pool area are too crowded! The gym machines are not maintained well and there is no enough machines (machines are always taken).There are many promises that have never been met since the gym opening.Recommendation: change management, add more funds as there is big potential for the gym and place, and train your employees (marketing or customer training, etc…).

They have an amazing outside pool and a shaded baby pool. Completely private no cameras allowed, they even have these cute bags to put your phones in to ensure this rule is reinforced. You can get to order food and drinks next to the pool. There is a sunbathing area where you can tan. The staff are friendly polite and helpful. Loved their mango smoothie and their penne pasta with chicken.

The club is beautiful, but the management has completely neglected maintaining the pool area. Many of the tent like awnings around the pool are ripped with holes and some have even fallen down. As much money as it costs to be a member you would never imagine such poor management on maintaining the premises. It really does ruin the experience

Very beautiful Ladies Club with offers a variety of sport classes, contemporary gym and pool facilities, dreamworks spa, flower shop and a creative art and design studio. Additional it offers healthy food options at Icons Coffee Couture- organic coffee, sugar free desserts and fresh food with less calories, but full flavor. Soon a organic supermarket will open as well. The design is very feminine and elegant and invites for a relaxing afternoon.

My family is enjoying their time there.. my kids are good at swimming in less than a month!!

Like many other reviewers, I found the pre-membership service very welcoming and enticing. Upon joining however, it was a different story. The pool was closed for at least 2 months of my membership so I was unable to use all the facilities I paid for. When I complained, I was offered a 2 month pool only membership, to run when regular membership ended. This was obviously unacceptable. Classes are regularly re-scheduled, missing, different staff etc. Poor service and regular closure of facilities meant I have not renewed my membership and wouldnt do so if it was a fraction of the price. (This relates to membership pre-covid, so thats not the reason for pool closure etc.!!)

Great facilities but seriously what’s wrong with the reception ladies? They must be getting commissions out of signing up customers. The minute u express an interest in joining they start bothering and pushing you with up to 5-7 calls a day?! Then again on WhatsApp ?!!! So annoying!!!!!!

I love the pool there... but the music is too low.. and when they are opening the beach! its nothing like dubai ladies club.. cant compare

Facilities are nice but staff is rude especially at the front desk. If you ask a question you are really bothering then. Gym is open until 10, but security guards try to kick you out 30 to 45 min early. Doesnt work if you have to work late.

I visited My First Gym based at Abu Dhabi Ladies Club.The Gym is aimed at young children and have a wide variety of activities available.

I wish if there is a zero star so i can rate them zero ..Very bad customer service and very bad environment and very bad management , they don’t care about customers satisfaction i wish if i can give a zero star because they deserve it.

The pool is large and finally in in service now! There are many services and we enjoyed an open day for a trial with all their facilities such as the gym and classes Very friendly staff, from the cleaners to the trainees. They always greet me with a smile!

Since opening, the club has been closing regularly for maintenance. They dont have a set schedule, so you never know what to expect.Their hours arent that good as well (7 am till 10 pm) on weekdays. I need a gym that opens early morning so I can workout before going to work.The pool is currently closed, so the amount you pay for full gym access is not worth it, as you wont have outside pool access for a few months during the year.The indoor play gym daily charge is high for 1 hour of play time for kids!

I love the classes here. I find the layout a bit small for the class and the gym itself. However, it’s clean and they have a huge outdoor swimming pool. They have a wide range of classes like body pump, bootcamp, Pilates, yoga, and so on.

Bad Experience I have and I feel guilt when I paid all this amount in this club.how many time during morning time i reach the club and once i arrive (after 40min driving ) they said sorry we are close now, we will open afternoon for maintainance!! at least you have to informed the member through sms or email.but the rude answer from them (you have to check our instigram story) seriously !! i cant understand the management style they use it.many time they cancel the class also with out informed the member, after the member reach the club they surprise the member and they use same answr you have to check our inst.story!! unprofessional answer.they have to understand that not all people are free to just check after your Inst. story every day to check after you unexpected news!The prise are exceed the quality and no new member wellcome like other gym less qualitythe pool always cold and during the kids camp the outdoor pool become dirty no seriouse role, when the kids with their pampers swim in adult pool.when i register to this club they told us the beach witll open summer 2018 then they say in the end of the year.. now we finish 2019 and no beach showup (i paid huge amount for nothing)I will not repeat again this experiance with this club and not recomend

Really horrible staff. After a full year with them will not be renewing. Gosh the staff are awful. All staff from reception to the trainers to the customer service - beyond disappointing. I complained lots and you know what - forget it. I wont be renewing and happy to spend my money and time elsewhere. The facility is good and thats about it.

It’s perfect and they have many classes with many different workout. The Have bigger areas in the AD as gym for ladies also they have indoor and outdoor for swimming bool. We are still waiting to opening the beach because it’s still under Prepare.

Got wax services and nails at the beauty salon in there. Highly recommend.

Nice gym but usually crowded and the staff is really annoying the keep calling me for offers !!! Even when I told them to stop call me for offers to renew they keep sending it through WhatsApp the are noisy !!!!!And they always keep telling me its the last day for the offer and then the call me a week later to tell me that they extended the offer and its the last day again !!!! Everyday is their last day of the offer

I love this place, different classes, big place. Activities for you and your kids.They have to bring more machines as treadmill and crossover.

Your receptionist so RuDE, they called us to have an access for one day. But when we get there they didn’t let us to enter the gym and they kept us waiting for 15 minutes they even didn’t bother them selves to call someone for the voucher. I was thinking to have a membership but after what happened and saw the staff attitude I don’t even consider it....this is BAD reputation to have

The only bummer is that they don’t have steam room and sauna at the gym section. You only get it in the spa which is then extra charged.Other than that, great place. Waiting for the beach to open

Before you sign the contract they will be good to you, but then, game over. I joined twice but this is the last time I am a member here.

This place is really amazing, you feel like being in a hotel where you are having time for yourself! On top of that, I brought my children to the Kids gym (My First Gym) where they had a blast!Really amazing and worth the price!!

The staff keeps annoying u for offers but once u pay they don’t care, the pool is nice but I think they should work on it more also the no phones rule is pretty stupid what would I gain from taking pictures of half naked women on the pool?

The fact that we have to be a member to get our phones in is stupid,, we are grownup.. and i thought that we finally have a place in ad rather than drive to Dubai to get to a private Beach and pool .. i guess we will still go to dubai ladies beach were they respect us as grown Womens.. i think they should close it for members only if they will be like this

Great building and facilities. As always, the people factor is the only flaw here.Would love to hear ADLC reply on the feedbacks given especially the review from Mrs. Hamda and the issue with the water machine. Accusing innocent people without a proof and rudely talking to your customers would surely lead to a loss in your reputation and show your values, not to mention the money loss of course.It seems ADLC focuses their replies on reviewers with a star next to them (local guides). Hope you treat everyone equally and stop descriminating people based on a digital star. Thank you.

Its one of the few clubs exclusive to ladies in the uae. Has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, now tennis too, i believe. Fitness classes. The membership is pretty expensive though.

Place is very nice but entry for pool is very expensive and smoking outdoor is not allowed.
