Long story short, you will later realise the reason behind why none of the cashierists have name tags. I rarely buy at Zara, I prefer clothes that are of a much higher quality. I unfortunately made the mistake of buying an item that I had to return. Easy right ? Wrong.They basically made me feel like I am not the person who purchased the item due to mismatch in credit numbers that they no doubt made a mistake with because I showed them proof of payment on my Apple Pay.The hilarious thing is that he called his manager who was even less capable in handling the situation. Wasting my precious time and that of many others standing in the queue behind me.

The worst employee and worst manager you will ever meet in all Zara branches , not cooperative , not helpful.Completely unprofessional , i dun know how Zara hired this staff .

Unfortunately most items hard to wear by Arab ppl. ZARA have to add more length on skirt, trousers and dresses.

Good quality of clothing, always in trend styles available. And its a bargain to shop here during sales

Rude staff, especially the cashier. Dont know what training do they get, but all their branches are the same.

Unprofessional employees especially the manager, I bought a pair of pants 2 days ago, I realized it didnt fit well... I asked to replace it, one employee said you can change the other said no you cant it has to be the same design...I asked for the manager, she refused to change it, although I never wore it... AND IT STILL HAS TAGS, and she blamed it on the system, BIG LIES...And instead of her saying sorry, she tells me wife have a nice day.Stay away until they change the system and the manager.

Zara is one of the best clothing brand. And they have a good varity of clothes at yas mall. Before due to covid there changing room was closed and you can not try any item but now they are linient with the covid SOPs so you can try clothes and they also open there changing room.

Poor staffing. One of them barged into the trial room while changing saying that the tag was off of the items we were trying. On top of that, the security took the bag in right after purchase for double checking, although the alarm went off because of the staff getting out the store. Please remember, this is not a high end store like Dior. They have no rights to mistreat customers like this!Visit the Marina mall branch instead

Never listen to them when they tell tipu they will order online fir you. Either it will take ages or it will never come and after a month of the order they will cancel it and the excuse is out of stock

Its very nuce place to buy you clothes with an good quality and realble prices and new designsBut i have an bad experience with the stuff here while the price on the stickers was 229 dirhams and when i went to pay they mistaken it to 299 and they told me that i have to pay that because they cant change it becuse they entered it and cant change the bill

Unorganized in general of the items and clothes every time i go there the clothes is on the ground, the staff is not cooperative and they do not show any respect or care regarding for the customers and to the shop.

Its big flagship store of Zara. But couldnt find much of its new collection when it was sale period.

The Zara stores are more or less all the same, in some stores the set-up sometimes changes and perhaps is presented in a more captivating way. I found this one in particular not very bright and a bit messy, unfortunately also due to peasant customers. For the rest, everything is standard: prices, quality and staff.
