I have worn nishaat most of my life. Hands down- Value for money, designs, fabric- everything is best.But I am very much disappointed with the staff ; they need to be trained as how to approach and deal with the clients (thats the only reason for me to give 2 stars instead of 5)I am a very regular visitor at Al Wahda Mall outlet, there is absolutely zero courtesy and the staff clearly gets offended easily if you ask for assistance ( the body language and the tone is a clear indicator). I have nothing personal against anyone and I genuinely want them to be trained in the best interest of clients and company.I still love Nishaat- I will keep buying irrespective of how I felt!

Very Nice collection but their management needs to Employ Sales person with some patience and cool mentally according to Indian and Pakistan ladies mentality because they always try,try and try to get one piece.We gotbad experience after some time the sales person (hope Filipino lady) showed attitude even throwed the kurta that we dont want to take.But still we bought three items otherwise it might be eight or ten items. Very bad behaviour of her made us felt bad.Try to call the owner but can’t hold of them.For sure We wont go back again.

I bought 5 kurtis from Nishath and the quality was really poor, stiching was not proper, torn material. Really not satisfied with their service and quality. They were not even ready to return or alter.

Usually theres a good collection of women clothing especially in their Karama branch in Dubai. But this time it was a disappointment when we visited their Al Wahda Mall branch in Abu Dhabi. The sale was only for name sake and new collection was no good.

The brand is not at all a customer friendly. Call them from U.A.E for a small issue and everyone forward me to someone else. Wrote a complete brief email to the given email address and was promised to be contacted by one of the manager but maybe the do not care about there customers as its been a month but even not a single apology from the management. They just want the customer to visit them for the first & last time. I will not recommend it to anyone at all of you want a good value for your money & a customer friendly brand you can find much more better plus cheaper options. The answer from all the customer service represntivite was like sorry sir we are suffering too from this issue but the management is not changing the policy.

It has been a week, I placed the order. Firstly, I couldn’t pay using my credit card although I am an UAE resident. This is inconvenience to me and I am sure to all those who avoid. keeping cash in hand. Secondly. I haven’t received the items as yet and Skynet courier Nishat uses is very slow which might be because Nishat is using a service provider who charges the least.In future, I will definitely avoid ordering online. In this age in time where online shopping is such a bliss, why is Nishat failing to provide a pleasant shopping experience?!
