1 star is not for clothes, they are amazing but for staff who is not at all welcoming. Not even a slightest smile on the face. A good smile and pleasing personality can attract customers. TRAIN THEM PLEASE. This is at Abu Dhabi Mall

...Mango Abu Dhabi Mall...my first and will be my last visit there. Very poor customer service. I entered the store since my daughter plans to purchase her Form 6 black pants and sweater. Yet upon entering two sales ladies were chatting away oblivious of my existence. No greetings, no can I help you...nothing. Instead they totally ignored me and continue giggling among themselves.At the counter, the sales lady Yana also the same. No greetings. Not even eye contact. No warmth. Icey. My daughter indicated the same when asking for help with her sizes.I paid AED 460 for 4 items because we are in a rush as we are leaving for Spain and then Malaysia for holidays and then straight away school.Never again shall I step foot in this establishment. My hard earned monies will be spent elsewhere when I can be respected as a customer. I paid AED 5500 at La Martina recently. This was my second visit there and the customer service was excellent. And the garments of high quality. Zeinab at La Martina Outlet Village. Suggest instead to spend your hard earned monies there.
