Good brand, reasonable prices as of UAE market, however very bad staff, needs serious customer service trainings how to be courteous and to deal with customers. Comment is based on several visits.

Worst service.. staff not at all hospitable, manners, were fighting with each other in front of the customer. NEED TO BE TRAINED AND WAS SURPRISED TO SEE A SHOP WITHOUT MIRRORS.

The worst shopping experience ever in UAE. Me and my wife had gone to check dress for her at the Al Wahda Mall shop. We liked couple of dresses and we asked the sales person for another size, he said these are the only available stock across Uae. Next day we had to visit Dubai and got parking in front of the same shop at Burdubai and was shocked to see the same dress with our suitable size. We felt cheated and would not be even referring anyone to shop at Junaid Jamshed @alwahda mall. The sales person attitude was as if he owns the entire mall and we went disturbing his valuable time. Please try to be a bit more service oriented to customers, you might have huge customer base but one bad experience will change the future.
