Good collection of clothes for females and prices are economical

The fitting area of Forever 21 is closed temporarily due to covid-19 but the other shops in Delma mall have opened their fitting area.Overall a good store with trendy clothes specially for young and trendy customers.Nicely arranges and spacious shopping area during usual days, but really very mess during sales and promotions.

By far the worst forever 21 I have been to, couldn’t find a single staff member to help and couldn’t find a basket! All of the hangers in the store have gone sticky and disgusting. After finding a staff member they finally informed me that they were not opening the changing rooms, however all of the other shops in dalma mall have opened theirs now.

Today I was in Forever 21 in the Dalma Mall to exchange a pair of jeans I had bought for 30.00 dirhams ... the same one guided me to choose the item and return it to the cashier, I chose another pair of jeans that had a promotional sticker worth 50.00 dirhams and another shorts that was 50 dirhams and when I went to the cashier the cashier told me that the pants in the system was 110.00 dirhams and that I would have to pay this amount and the pants were with the promotional label not giving the discount is the shorts in the system that was at 50.00 when fo8 registered left at 30.00 and I felt injured the attendants of Lj and the manager Carollina made little case and left me talking alone I have evidence of everything recorded just ask no one to go through what I went through.👎👎👎👎

Really try to avoid buying jeans from forever 21 very bad quality of products, dont waste you money on this brand
