Need more experiance people in face brodact, i bought masturaisor which make my face oily , what a waste
I have visited the place and it is very nice with nice items.. I purchased from Dior and Abdul Moneam was very helpful and patient with my request. He provides very good customer service and work hard to satisfy the customers.
The worst customer service i have ever seen .After buying few skin products and make up, i found out when i reached home that the foundation that IMAN HASSAN the beauty consultant tried on me is totally different from what i was given, much darker than my skin color with the cancealer that i will not be able to use , so when i came back to change it , they said it will not be possible as it was used once even if it was the consultant fault , and i accepted the product before leaving DIOR store and i have to talk to the manager IMAD after 3 days because he was off to explain the situation , so i had to comeback after 3days as i kept the foundation and the cancealer with them , the manager was not in the store , they had to call him , and when he came , he gave me zero attention , as he was talking on his phone outside the store and looking at me from afar , after entering he approached me with a very bad attitude saying YES no welcoming no nothing , like if he was working in a very cheap brand . Even his style and image looked like he just woke up as his suite was all wrinkled and tight ,after explaining that i was given the wrong product , he said that IMAN will not lie , as if i was the one lying , and he said that he already contacted DIOR and he will see what they will do and he said they will change it for sure.I believed him and left the store,after 3days again i received a call from a philipino lady from the store not even him because he doesnt care of course , saying to come and collect my own products as it will not be changed .Very disappointing from such a huge known brand first of all to hire such unprofessional staff caring just about their monthly targets and salary and not the customer satisfaction and second to be cheap with your customers after paying more than a 1600aed just this time.It will be my last time buying from Dior as i call this stealing and not selling and i have to threw my money in the garbage as i cant use the 2 products .

I called to exchange a bag from dior galeria and when i called them to ask if they have it while it was there the man who picked up the phone refused to exchange the bag even when he knew it was branded new not used but was the last piece in dior galeria so i paid for it there i didnt know that marina dior will recive it the other day other wise i wont pay in galeria anyway he was so rude at lest he can be more gentle by answering phone calls not rude . He was happy at first and offering me the bag he thought ill purchase it then he changed his way when he know that i already paid in somewhere els. I felt as if am in souq elmina the seller just want to sell before win a customer
I went there to buy gifts and Mr. Moaid Alrefaei did a great work and hospitality. All the best
