I love this store so much. Items of all brands are available here. And the quality of the dress is very good.

Nowadays ,the makeup accessories area at wtc centerpoint is maintaned in very messy manner - the products are dusty not clean and disorganized as well . Maintained in an appropriate manner..went 2 ,3 times ..really disappointed. Sales staff is not at all helpful .

The whole point of online order and shopping is the come and pick up your order from the store. with out having to stand being a long line of customers waiting to bill their items. There should be a separate service for online pickup... And not wait in the same long lone.

Not at all a bad shop and it has a good variety of items. However, it feels a bit empty compared to Dubai (which of course can be considered a benefit since there arent many customers to bother you while shopping. However, they had only one kind of diapers which made it impossible for me buying this product since they didnt have my babys size...

Nowadays Centrepoint/Babyshop is very poor customer service. Very rude.. we visited this babyshop yesterday for exchange of one item. We bought the item from the same shop few days back but we lost the bill . My wife is pregnant and expected to delivery soon in two weeks time. They keep us waiting for long time and finally said wont change the item without bill. We are totally upset and went out of the shop. The way the staff handle this case not friendly. Hope this is my last purchase from the Centre point. Good Bye
