Shocking experience at Yas Mall! Shocking customer service experience!I go in to see my options for a pair of jeans I bought, explain my concerns to the gentleman in store so he takes the jeans and goes inside.Once he came out his words were: what’s your plan? What do you want?No options given, I was asked straight away... fair enough.After agreeing for an exchange, another customer service rep notices the jeans I brought in had alterations (I have short legs, so the regular size is short for me) like any other normal person I had them shortened.Next thing I get told is : next time don’t do any alterations understood? I am doing you a favor for changing these jeans for you...Imagine my shock, that was the point I flipped honestly, and clearly stated I don’t buy jeans to keep them in the wardrobe just in case something happens to them so guess whats the next reaction of the customer service rep: its not my problem and he kept repeating the same words.If I could give quarter of a star that would’ve been my choice for sure.Love the jeans love the rest of the products but not happy spending my money and being treated so poorly! Extremely bad behaviour of the staffs. Not at all acceptable. Insulted me and my wife during a visit by a lady staff over there.

Garbage. I ordered online and some items are missing. I contacted them many times. More than 1 month has passed, no one from american eagle even bothered to call me.

Good sale, friendly service. Limited range for plus-sized female clothing. A bit overpriced.

Very nice customer service. A lady called Celine from the staff members went the extra mile to find an item for me, called me back and even managed that I get it, despite being very busy in the shop. Thank you very much! A happy customer

Good shop, but smaller version of AE.

Product looks good at the beginning then gradually fades out and starts to accumulate dust.The side stickers are very narrow and they will peel off within a month or maximum two.And the most surprisingly! they say its a lifetime replacement warranty, but you have to pay for the replacement service charges. I personally got to know this fact just when I went for replacing the defect stickers.Overall conclusion, not worthwhile.

Great selection of jeans wear and shirts. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I came specially to try the new style of jeans (Flex®) it is American Eagle trade mark. It turns to be very comfy and practical. Flex is in navy trousers and other shirts and this technology is first time in UAE

Their T-shirt are soft and comfortable as well as their jeans I always get my jeans from them 👌🏼
