I can iron better than them

Given carpets for dry cleaning. Now they smell so bad. A white top of satin material they dry cleaned and now its cream colour. Will not trust them with any expensive clothing.

This laundry was providing good service a year ago, but now very unprofessional service. Management should teach their staff how to handle customers, no bill given, throwing items to the floor like garbage. No treatment to the customers. Should improve a lot inorder for them to retain their customers. Will never visit again

I have tried so many different laundry services over few years and I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the Black Swan Laundry. The pickup and drop off is such an easy process. The prices are great and the laundry takes very little time. I will recommend it to all my friends and whoever else whos looking for a good Laundry company.

Best Laundry service in Abu Dhabi. Communication is so easy via whatsapp, the cleaning service is excellent and prices are very good. I stopped doing my laundry at home for a while now.

Very disappointed customer. Good at washing and ironing, except for stains which have been ignored many times though very visible, however I constantly face problems with pick up and delivery, they never come when they promise they will, so they are absolutely unreliable. Also they have come at very random times so make sure you always have money ready. They will give you stress, not wash away your worries unfortunately.

Useless staff. You have to call a hundred times and still no one will come to pick your stuff. Today after 6 calls from morning to evening. Finally one guy says we will not come and spoke very rudely. We stay next door to their shop. Pshyco people they have there working for them. Once they forgot to deliver my package and when I called they said m you must inform us when you want home delivery, when actually they came home to pick up the stuff.

I called the laundry and an Indian guy picked up who doesnt understand English and hang up on me few times.. then I put a request on the website for pickup, someone called to tell me they are coming and I waited 4 hours and nobody showed up.I also bought Groupons which is a total waste of money and time, Save it and find somewhere else, they are not professional.

Excellent prices , perfect service , service is 2 done and delivered to my house in 1 day or 2 only ,I call them twice weekly for pickup and they come on time

Picked up my clothes and they smell like food .. Especially onion and fried food .. Really disappointed about this .. Even inside the laundry the smell was very strong
