Shop at this location is under renovation as of now hence a visit to patchi abu dhabi mall would be better.

Theres a less degrading and a more culturally sensitive way of offering your more cost-efficient products. Instead of saying go for the chocolates by the gram because thats what kabayans like, your staff can plainly just say we also offer chocolates by the gram without any mention of race or ethnicity. Im pretty sure everyone loves a good bargain, whether Kabayans, Brits, Chinese or Aussies, so no need to indicate that a certain group of people like your cheaper products than your preset chocolate boxes. Perhaps your staff need to undergo training on cultural sensitivity and/or proper communication skills.

Sales man behaviour very very bad

Used to have tasty chocolate, but now not and so expensive.

Just like the chocolate the staff including the business owner was very kind in extending service to their customer. I was visiting for the first time and my experience was amazing.

Good chocolate but with very high price their is much better chocolate with less price like label chocolate

What a nice taste of chocolate!!! Hospitalty is in high standards. They offer free delivery; But I am not sure if there is minimum value to make delivery or not. If anyone has informations about that; kindly update me.

It always having fresh Choclate especially if you are buying the ready wrapped traysAnd if you are going to ask them to ad two more pieces (exactly 2 pieces on the top) they took the weight and add extra amount on the bill of those two pieces, and at that day I was in rush, the guy their didn’t welcome me to taste their choclate as what patchi used .. shame on a place is always rising the prices and while doing that, this place is becoming more stingy
