This is an amazing house of delicious chocolates and flowers. I feel like I’m in a dream land whenever I enter this place. So beautifully arranged and well organised. Good customer service.

They have very delicious chocolate but its a bit pricey

We went today to order a customized cake and just didn’t like the attitude of the staff ... looks like they were looking at our nationality and thinking whether we could afford or not ... den as soon as we said that we had ordered last time their reaction changed ... I usually don’t come up to make reviews... but have experienced the worst service ... looking at the guy’s attitude ... I just told my husband let’s just walk out ...

The shop is arranged in a beautiful manner that anyone who enters it would love it. The staff are really friendly. Good variety of chocolates, cookies and flowers. They makes floral arrangements for stage decorations for functions, for which you have to give orders a day before.

We finally have a Labelle in Mussafah. I visited this place and was astounded by the 5 star service. The ambience and looks of this place is incredible. For chocolates, flowers and arrangements I highly recommend this place. They offer very fresh products made daily.

One of the employees was very rude , and whispers to his colleague about our nationality and even gave us a different price and used the calculator to fake a discount but his cashier colleague was nice and direct and he recommended a very bad product ,while there is a lot of good things , he is racist and recommend the least moving products that no one buys , I will never come back again or suggestt it to any one

Making order here is complete nightmare. Sales person cant speak english very well, and took wrong order. The delivery guy doesnt bring change (even after reminding to bring change). I usually tip, but the delivery guy is a bad guy that’s so lazy to bring change and forget to bring me invoice. So all the change he took it all!!!!!! Despite of all the bad customer service and delivery, thanks God they have a nice cookies. Thats the only good experience for me from this store.
