Surprisingly very poor customer service. You would imagine with a brand like Godiva they would know about customer service unfortunately not. Thier food is also overpriced and nothing special you can get better food and service at starbucks

The service is ok. Went a few times for their beautiful desert. They have some new staff this time who are pretty friendly. Last visit on the international coffee day...unlimited refill of drinks 👍🏻

You guys have an amazing place amd goodies. But when it comes to good service, you are poor. The staff have an attitude combined with some arrogance. Please train them because with whats happening now your establishment is at risk

Poor service. The taste of some desserts is way better and fresher in Yas mall! I’ve been to Godiva bawaba several times and the cake taste is always dry and over preserved. Even coated strawberries are not as good as yas or nation towers. No thing so special about the coffee.

The manager should be taught how to manage business. ZERO sense of Hospitality customer service. especially when he throws his team under wheels.

If you are looking for a good coffee, dont come here. Its the worst ever.Even a cheap home coffee machain can prwduce better test.They realy need to spent more on there coffee and get a fresh beans and educate their staff how important and delicate is the making off a cup of coffee.
