Doesnt even deserve 1 star! Please dont bother sending your phone to them for repair. I was told itll take 13 days, 3 and a half weeks passed and I still dont know whats happening. No one updates you on anything, no one knows whats going on with anything, everything is so bad. They dont even bother to check whats happening in the repair process. Let me add that no one answers when I try to call too, and when I ask to know whats happening, no one gives me an answer. Even if you try to complain, NOTHING happens! I pay you money, youre not doing this for free! Very unacceptable and unprofessional. Truly regretting sending my phone to them.

Me and my family were customers of axiom for 5 years and we started noticing their best customer service that was on the market started to decline, when i purchased the phone the promised me i can renew my damage protection for the second year when the first year ends, and on the second year i went to abu dhabi mall branch and i was told to go to their service center, and as i went their they told me its not possible to renew it, i dont know who told that you can renew ob the second year, they started to be very unprofessional and careless

I had a great experience here yesterday; Although it was mainly due to the in-house Virgin Mobile representative. I did not utilise any other significant features of the store, apart from asking about a Mobile Device which is not stocked in the UAE.However they seem like very nice and helpful staff, and the Virgin Mobile Prepaid packages are (as of 2019-07-15) ridiculously better value and have much better features and limitations than Etisalat (as much as I appreciate Etisalat, they have a lot of customers to deal with), and also their User Experience is much more Evolved and Frictionless.I would recommend you pop in to Axiom Telecom if you require Services or Advice.

Ive been a customer of Axiom Telecom for 3 years and Ive been noticing a steady decline in their service.Today I had a horrible experience at Axioms Abu Dhabi mall branch. Their Filipino sales representative was rude and didnt know their replacement policy. When I asked to call in the manager, the Filipino manager also backed up her friend on the wrong policy.What Ive noticed is that a 3rd party seller will always try to make some extra money by playing around.My conclusion is, if you want a Samsung device, go to Samsung store and if you want an apple device go to Apple store. If thats not possible then go to a dependable store like Virgin store or sharaf DG.Places like axiom are a rip off and their service is poor.Me, my family and friends wont be going to axiom anymore.
