First time laundry both of my rugs here. I was a lil bit sceptic at first, as many carpet laundry company did not reliable and keep their promise to pick up on time. But the Carpet Spa team did well. They picked up on time, give confirmation call before pick up and when its return, both my rugs are clean and smells great. Keep up the good work!

We are very pleased with the service. Our 200 liter aquarium broke in the middle of the night spilling all contents on our living room floor. After we cleaned up the water, our carpet smelled like a swamp. They picked it up, and when returned the carpet smelled nice!! They did a very thorough job with it considering the smell they managed to take out was strong and terrible. Highly recommend!

I took my vehicle in and was the first person in line. They rearranged the cars waiting and started servicing other customers before me. The manager insulted me was extremely unprofessional. I will not take my car there anymore and I will encourage others who ask but to do the same. They also do a subpar job.
