It says open 24 hours but when I call them both on the landline and toll free, no one answers. If I cannot reach them I doubt if I will use their service.

Although the cleaner is okay but the supervisor is horrible. There were many times where Ive scheduled a session and confirmed it and the maid doesnt show up, i call the supervisor and its obvious he forgot. I thought a mistake like this would happen once, but three times later with them coming up with many excuses for why the maid isnt showing up (this happened twice with my mom as well) Ive decided to find another agency. Their prices are undeservingly expensive too.
