Terrible experience with Royal Steam last weekend. The car came out of the washing with scratches all over. The scratches are minor, but visible. They are definitely not something pre-existing, I check the car carefully every day. Really bad attitude from the personnel once the damage was pointed out to them. Yes, these scratches will be removed by polishing, but why should I spend more on top of AED220 that I already spent for the steam cleaning?! Very disappointed. I will never use their service again and will tell all my friends never to go there.

Royal Steam Car Wash Dalma Mall Abu Dhabi. These guys washed my car inside and out. My car looked like its come straight out the showroom. They washed all the inside car mats. Clean and dry the engine. After they finish washing the car its parked and wipe clean. Freshly smelling car. It is a bit expensive then the normal car washing. Only use this service if you need a through cleaning inside. Staff are polite and friendly. Excellent customer service 👍

Very bad experinece I would like to share, I paid full price service yet the interior was still dusty. Even some dirt marks was visible that can be removed just with water and a brush 👎👎👎
