Last night I took my vehicle in to get cleaned and detailed before exporting to the US. My 2015 car looked amazing; it looks brand new. They even got all the fur from my German Shepherd. The team is impressive. After all that, I became absent minded, and double paid for service. The team called me an hour later to tell me that I overpaid. The talent and professionalism of the team is excellent. I will drop off my 2nd car next week to get ready for export, because I don’t think there is another car wash service better this team.

For half price you can get much better service anywhere else.They charged 80 dirhams for inside out cleaning and they missed so many spots..I mean who leaves the Ac outlets dirty for 80 dirhams

This is the best place for a quick wash. It hardly takes 5 mins for the wash. If there is queue then another 5-10 mins extra depending on the crowd. The wash is good, quick and the staffs are good as well. Reasonable price for wash and for my Hyundai Elantra they charge AED 30, but they have coupons all the time. You just have to ask them for the discount coupons which is AED 10 OFF. So for me it costs AED 20 for a quick wash. They also have full wash which takes approximately 1 hour. They also have car shine service, AC cleaning service etc.

Quick Serivce for external wash, price is affordable. Offers are always their. Wish if they increase staff so we can have a quicker service for the interior car cleaning as it usually takes an hour but overall one of the fastest car washes in the whole UAE

My first experience was not good. May be this happened only for me. After wash, when i saw my car body , i found some chemical powder on everywhere on gaps and scratches everywhere. 2 weeks back only i painted my left back door. After wash the hand cleaning where very unprofessional and not clean.

As per the companies policy the staff are supposed is to change the cloths for each cars. Many occasions despite requesting they are changing the stained clothes used for the previous cars. Management needs to look into the subject issue as we cannot bring expensive cars for EAW.

Very fast auto wash. Takes about 10-15 mins in total to get in and out of the wash. But be prepared to wait 45-50 mins to do full wash (interiors included)

I was very disappointed with this place. The washing service is poor. After the car comes out of the auto wash, the employees use scuffed pieces of cloth to wipe the car, which leaves micro scratches and streaks. The polishing service is also bad. I could see polish residue all over my car after they finished polishing it. It was a very poor job and I will not be coming here again. You can spend your money elsewhere and get a better job done.

I was receiving annoying behavior of your accountant on the simple issue. Your account person said don’t come here for car wash and he want for cancel my member ship Number. After talking my team leader and your manager I come here regularly.On the date 14th march, unfortunately I saw the same person sitting on the counter . I asked his name but because of confusion, I pronounce incorrectly I said please wrote it. At the same time he suddenly said “Are you uneducated” I am shocked. As you know , there is rating system for customer feedback. Thus, I rated one star. I left from there. Your manager send screen short about rating to my time leader. Afterwards my team leader consult about this matter and told me the manager called him and said not to send that man again. Instead to take action , they want to abused me.I was appalled at such behavior that’s why I want to refund my amount that I already paid for a month. I hope you would look into this matter and not repeated again to anyone else.
