Very poor service. My vehicle Malibu was breakdown due to traction light on in June 4th 2021. Vehicle has been service by bin hamoodah Mussafah, they recommended for Fuse box, Condenser motor, etc. once my vehicle was break down, no any issue with cooling . Anyway did the service as per their recommendation. Took the car from agency and within 2 km again same issue. They took back the car , told about harness issue and did some changes. Took the car and same issue within 2km.another recommendation was knock sensor and coolant sensor needs to replace. I agreed to do it as per their recommendation. Unfortunately same thing happened within 5 min drive. Until Aug 16 no any recommendation and still my car is in agency. They don’t about the actual problem and AED 2700 paid for service charges.

Personally, I have been a customer of this workshop for years, excellent maintenance services, in general, all workers are experienced

My AC was fixed under warranty, but they only filled it with gas because they knew that my warranty expired soon... 3 weeks later the AC was no longer cold, and I was told that the warranty was expired so any repair would be to my account. Very unethical trick. I have purchased two new Chevrolet cars in 3 years and expect better from Bin Hamoodah.

Quick help and support from personnel. I was highly impressed also with their friendliness.

I had bought a pre-owned Malibu from the dealership which they advertised as fully checked and maintained by dealer. The car after 2-3 months had engine shaking issue and from suspension noise issue. I called the sales team and they told me that I should have checked and they can only fix it if it’s within first week. I dont know how a customer can figure this out. I took the car to Mussafah service center and now its been 2 days they haven’t told me if they have found the issue. I have been calling them but there is no update. I already own 2 other chevy Silverado and camaro both bought from Al Ghandi in Dubai. Never had any issue with Al Ghandi but these guys in Abu Dhabi seems to be really unprofessional.I dont trust them as the car had issues and it was sold to me and now they don’t accept any liability on their part. I would not recommend buying pre-owned cars from them or even the new ones as their customer service is pathetic.Really upset as I really like the brand and had always promoted GMC among my friend as a good car.Definitely will sell it off and go for another brand.

They told me the price of my car battery is 1,500 aed.I went to a shop 5 mins away in Mussafah, same brand of the battery is 330 aed, i do not know how they still operate so far!

Always a great experience. I have been taking my car here for almost 8 years. Their maintenance and support team are always honest and work hard to save my the extra dirham. Very professional. Prices if parts can be a bit pricey but they still give you great value for money.

Good service, separate section upstairs for the ladies, free coffee, tea and water available in a self-service area next to the entrance. Accessories available on display. Cars are washed after service as complimentary, no delay in services and with very reasonable prices.

The staff is always friendly and professional. Most of the time my car is ready before the time promised. They photograph the car before servicing so that any dings can be addressed before leaving the facility.

Such a pity not working evening hours on a Thursday. Thursday is considered a working day and the amounts paid to this service center aren’t small amounts, timings should suit customers not employees. My next car won’t be a Chevy nor a Gmc and that’s for sure.

I service my Chevrolet at Bin Hamoodah/Chevrolet Service Center.They have a clear focus on customer service. Once you book an appointment you get SMS and email confirmation, then some reminders before the appointment.You are extremely well taken care of once you are there and they offer a drop off service to get you back home or to your work.The work is performed in the time they inform you of. If a part is missing, they will follow up...The service is equally good for warranty claim (work done free of charge) and for service.The price they charge is expensive: oil change + oil filter, air filter, ac filter for 860 AED for an SUV.Would I still go there outside the warranty period or pay less in a regular workshop? If they worked on their pricing a little bit, Id think it remains a good place to go for the peace of mind of a genuine maintenance/parts and an excellent customer service.

Ive used them for the first three services on my Terrain. They treated me great each time and there were no problems. I was able to drop my car off in the morning, have them drive me to work, and pick my car up in the afternoon. Dont try to pick up after 4pm though, they are closed and traffic is terrible in Musaffa!

My car service went smooth and quick,The staff are very helping and friendly.

They are fully booked all the time, also after the service was done I found scratches on the car interior and made a complaint about it.They didn’t admit causing it from the beginning but after arguing and showing proves that my car was flawless before the service and insisted that it wasn’t there before .They admitted that its their fault and fixed it. My advice is to always check your car from inside and outside before receiving it or signing the service papers .

Doing the basics right. But expected more customer service so was a bit disappointing.They need more peoples people.Need to be more understanding and at least try a bit harder show some effort.

Not able to solve serious problems

If you have a GMC car then thiss the place to take it to service or do repairs, staff are friendly and helpful. They have free coffee and tea if youre waiting for your car, there is no any kind of entertainment around the place. Ask a friend to join you or to pick you up.

Just took my car to them for servicing, unfortunately they scratched it and they opened the door of my car on the hydraulic jack machine. I am really annoyed for the careless technicians and drivers they have. This is a usual problem with bin Hamooda service.
