Hey everyone,I don’t like to post a negative review at all meanwhile when it comes to share stuff with others I am 100% need to be honest, Unfortunately I deal with this place since 2014 , I have done many things, every times I have to leave a comment. 45 Days ago I dropped my car for a package that considers pricey. After one month or so I picked up the car, I was expecting something worth the price that I paid but unfortunately I have to return the car for the same spot twice sine that time for very poor service I got. I have done 2 of my car with them , what makes me feel bad is that they deal with me as a customer while I deal with them as last long friendship this is exactly what makes me come back before, I decided to forget this place sine I can get better services and better customer satisfactions in many places nearby. I Came for a normal car wash , they said it takes 40 minutes so i decided to wait for my car to get washed .. i reached at 10:15AM and it took them more than 3 hours just to wash a car ,i waited till 2pmat first they parked my car outside and forgot about it after telling them they took it inside and took ages for some 1 to actually start washing it + none of the workers was wearing gloves or masks even though it should be compulsory!!VERY EXPENSIVE ( a normal wash cost 120DHS even though all other places max is 60-70DHS )

I went 10 days back to I CARE because my car it looking very bad and I have some scratch from out said and in said as well since I went there I found Ail on reception he is very polite and helpful and his colleaguesHelp me a lot and them return my car looking beautiful again with very good price and quality of serves I recommend I CARE to any one need to make any think in his car and I would like to say thanks from my deep heart to I CARE GM. MR. Karem for his employees selection because really all the people there help me in a professional way

One star for their lip service because that’s all I got when I went and very attentive asked for a quote to be sent to me and he said within one hour up until this day nothing (longest hour or f my life)!!! and I called back and he was upset because I told him it had been over two days and I had not received a quote?!!! Plain rudeness said I’m not responsible for this I said you said within one hour why say what you don’t mean???!!! Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend this place at all.....

Best car care in Abu Dhabi. They clean cars like none others in city I don mind driving a good distance to clean my car from Icare such is the reputation. Very friendly and skilled crew and super clean service. Look out for Araffat hes the main man

One of the worst places I have ever been to in Abu Dhabi. I took my car for detailing services and they ended up ruining the screen and the window. They refused to repair the damaged parts and they were dishonest about what happened. I had to leave the shop with an open window and left the car parked outside my house with an open window. I cant believe a place like this will not be accountable for their mistakes and blame the car for the damages they have caused. I would not recommend to take your car there if you care about your car. I wouldnt be surprised if they ruined other cars with their carelessness. Extremly bad customer service and I wouldnt trust that place and I hope no one gets to experience what I had experienced. I am very dissappointed with their work, customer service and work ethics. I ended up spending over Dh 2000 to repairr what they damaged. It was evident that the damages were caused by water damage.
