I had an overall good experience with OurCar. The service they provided was high quality, done quite quickly, at a reasonable price. The care instructions were clear and informative. They were kind and friendly. The only challenge I experienced was a delay in one of the services. The product needed to complete one of the services was not in stock and it took a few days longer than initially communicated for the service to be performed. All in All, a great experience. I would recommend this company for your tinting and car protection needs. Call Asif!

Authentic 3M car tinting. Carry out the most expensive of their product in my new car. Price worthy for 2500 aed. Ceramic premium

I had a very bad experience with these guys. I took my car to them for waxing. They suggested a package of Polishing + Waxing. My mistake was that I took their suggestion and gave them my car for Polishing. Looks like they have absolutely no idea of Polishing. They damaged the paint of my car and exposed the bare metal from three places. Interestingly all three damages were of same size (see pictures). Beside that they also put permanent scratches on the rubbers/plastic parts of the car with polisher.While receiving the car I indicated on the damages and asked for cctv recordings. I also formally complained via email however instead of accepting their mistake and fixing the damages, they refused to accept any liability and insisted that the car “might have” been touched-up at those locations and because of polishing touched-up paint pealed-off. Of course they were totally wrong, my car have never been touched-up from the those locations.Their work and behavior was totally unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place for Polishing at all.

I installed the crystalline premium series yesterday only to find it peeling off today. Poor installation job.

Fake promises.. zero quality many other shops cheaper and better in the same area. they will charge you high price but when it comes to warranty they will tell their excuses to avoid replacing.

My wife and I got the top of the line window film (50% tint, 80% heat rejection) for both our cars. Asif was very helpful and courteous (ask for him!), and delivered the cars quickly in great condition. 3M is not cheap, but seemed fair in comparison to the market, and honestly the tint is making a big difference in summer heat. My wife owns a wrangler and she didn’t have tint on, she swears by the difference this tint has made, and I feel the same in my car! Also for reference, I frequently make long drives between Dubai / RAK / Fujairah and still vouch for the tint.

The percentage darkness and the quality are very deceiving. 50% darkness is more like 30%.Their description of their products are very deceiving. I would highley recommend not to waste your money on them. This place is a scam!

Good workmanship.

Having always used 3M for my car in the past, I trusted them to do a good job. A big mistake on my part. This is the worst fitting I have had and they continue to refuse to accept there is anything wrong. I would not recommend this place.

Only went there to have the tint of my windsheld removed after failing the ADNOC car inspection for registration. Cost me 100 dirhams which seems rather fair not to have to do it myself.

Worst car detailing ever. They have absolutely no idea of how to take care of a car.

The shop needs to be upgraded
