Quick and easy communication over the phone and whatsapp (for localization through google maps). The mechanic took 40 min to come to replace the battery of my car but the repair in itself was very quick (about 10 min). The price was reasonable given that I did not have to deal with the hassle of going to Mussafah: 400 dhs for the battery +150 dhs for labor.
