A budget-friendly cafeteria with lots of options! We tried 3 of their items – the chicken tikka wrap, the fish zinger sandwich, and the pizza burger. All were quite different but they all had a spicy kick to it! That was surprisingly good. The pizza burger is a very neat concept. It’s a burger but one bun is actually a mini-pizza. The fish zinger sandwich was also pretty delicious. They come with fries as sides so that’s a bonus! The prices are very affordable and is perfect for snacking. They also offer fresh juices at reasonable prices and the portions are decent. It’s definitely worth trying!

So I had heard alot about this place serving authentic Pakistani street style food and decided to try itWe ordered ✅Chatpata Fries with spicy sauce which was bang on 💯👍🏼✅ Bihari kabab Roll paratha served with tamarind sauce ufff I loved it ❤️ it seemed straight out of streets of Karachi✅Gola kabab Roll paratha was scrumptious and reminded me of the roll paratha I had at Lahore food street 💯👍🏼✅Bun Kabab served with green and tamarind sauce the ultimate Pakistani food combo and none does it better than Yalla Shay ! This is a must try✅Zinger Burger Karachi style with mighty piece of zinger chicken served with mayo sauce.Its a huge burger and no kfc can stand its deliciousness✅Oreo Millshake✅Kitkat Milkshake both the shakes were well balanced 👍🏼 whenever I try any such shakes theyr overly sweet and thats why I gave up on these milkshakes but this place changed my mind.Best milkshakes ever !Ill definitely visit this place again cause noone serves Pakistani style food like they do

Their comfortable place may be small but behold, their kitchen is capable of cooking a lot of dishes, featuring mainly the famous street foods in Pakistan.Here are the dishes that I tried:Bun Kabab – it is a local sandwich which is very famous in Pakistan, and is mostly sold from roadside stalls, side street vendors, and fast food restaurants. It’s the King of Pakistani street foods as they mention it on their menu. The shallow-fried patty, onions, tomato and chutney were astoundingly a perfect combination. It also comes in 2 sauce options which makes the sandwich tastier. I also noticed that they have prepared the patty so generously that it is almost as thick as the lower bun. The meal is served with some perfectly cooked french fries. It costs only AED 10.50 for this delectable meal. Great value for money indeed!Behari Chicken Paratha Roll – Another popular dish in Pakistan is the Behari Chicken flavored with some onions, yoghurt and some spices. This one is its rolled version and Yalla Shay Café is using a freshly cooked poori paratha, which is flaky in texture. A bite of this gives you an explosion of flavors. Just a heads up to those who doesn’t like onions though! Nevertheless, this one’s a must try and it only costs AED 10.50.Gola Kebab Paratha Roll – similar to the concept of Behari Chicken Paratha Roll, this local favorite kebab of Pakistan is also rolled in a hot and flaky paratha. The kebab is tender and the taste of the zingy and chatni were proportionally added not overpowering the overall taste of the food. It’s one of my new favorites at Yalla Shay! Along with some fries on the side, this costs AED 13.50 only.Chatpata Fries –This is not your common deep-fried fries added with some flavored spicy powders. This one is different from the usual. This dish, which by the way are cut larger than the common fries, are marinated first with some tasty and spicy batter. It is then deep fried to perfection. Make sure to dig in and start eating this as soon as its served to enjoy its crispiness and scrumptious flavor! This is my favorite and as a French Fry Fan, I rate this 10/10! Will be buying this again for sure!Pizza Burger – Yes, you read it right! It’s a burger and pizza at the same time. Not only that it looks so inviting, but the taste is also very appetizing! This creative concept from Yalla Shay is amazing! The upper bun was flipped upside down, and then they added the pizza toppings such as cheese, sauce, olives and some meat. On the next layer, they have added chicken patty, and then a slice of cheese. Another patty comes after it, but this time, its beef, and then some leafy vegetables. Nope, it’s not done yet. There have also added some fries on the last layer before the lower bun. So basically, you get everything in a single bite! Yummy! This is a must-try, and it’s a good value for money for only AED 20.50.Zinger Burger – Surely you must have tried Zinger Burgers from different restaurants and food chains in Abu Dhabi already. But have you tried Yalla Shay’s version of this bite-worthy meal? I highly recommend you give this a try. Their chicken is so crunchy on the outside and surprisingly very juicy on the inside! Its not dry, its not bland, its just perfect! The chicken meat is also so huge that I have to cut it in half in order for me to take a mouthful. For only AED 14.50, this is definitely a great value for money!Milkshakes – they offer different flavors of milkshakes. They have fruit options such as mango and banana. They also have options for sweet tooth person like me, such as Kitkat, Oreo, Nutella and chocolate. The smooth blend of this refreshing beverage is highly satisfactory. What a way to end this sumptuous meal journey!My overall verdict, Yalla Shay Café deserves to be on the top list when it comes to quality and price. It is not common to see cafes and restaurants serving top quality food at an affordable price. Every single Dirham is totally worth it! So give them a try now and you will surely come back for more!

Their Masala Fries, Bun Kabab and Paratha rolls are must try.With many different sources (chethni) served makes tastes great along with some innovative varieties like Burger pizza.Masala Fries you find same in UAE . Their Paratha rolls and Bun Kabab are same as you find streets of Karachi (Pakistan)I would highly recommend pocket friendly this Place.

Waffle Burger is one of their bestsellers!..⁣The Waffle burgers offer a combination of tastes and textures – sweet, sour, salt – with a bit of crunch. The patty is juicy, sandwiched between waffles , a very delightful fusion of food! The flavors of the sauces stand out, with caramelized onions and the extra veggie fillings giving an extra oomph factor to the burger! One heavy meal I say! Definitely a must try! 🙌🏻..The second one was equally outstanding in taste! A bit on the spicier side, the Chicken Mushroom burger is excellent! Served with French Fries and some unique flavored sauces! Big hit with us!..The pizza fries were French fries oozing and soaked in a mass of melted gooey cheese, olives and pizza sauces. Amazing! Kudos to the creativity put in to make each dish special...The cocktail and the Oreo Shake were par excellent! Yalla Shay Al Zahiyah.Stopped here for breakfast this morning. Google Maps said its on the main road but I couldn’t find this place until I took a right turn, I then found the cafeteria, hidden away in between the buildings.I ordered the plain parata, anda parata and Karak chai. The parata was thicker and much bigger. Anda parata had thin slices of cucumbers which was very refreshing.Friendly staff.No seating area.Takeaway orders only.Paid parking area is available.

As far as Im concerned, these guys are redefining value for money in a city thats best known for quite the opposite - and are running a tight ship while at it!While hole-in-the-wall karak (tea) places are a dime a dozen in Abu Dhabi, few (if any) other establishments can rival this outlet when it comes to quality - quality in every respect; taste, freshness of ingredients, concept, service, hygiene - everything. Speaking of menu offerings, and perhaps most importantly, the Special tea here is absolutely Wicked - the use of fresh milk instead of the evaporated canned variety used elsewhere, does wonders to bring out the teas essential flavor - without unnecessary sweetness (FINALLY!). Its still quite sweet due to much sugar, and so I always ask to have it toned down. Highly recommended.Weve also sampled a few options from the food menu here, and find ourselves returning most often for their Yalla Shay special burger and the breakfast platter (served all day) - attached are pictures fyr. The burger really punches wayy above its weight class, and is a steal deal at just AED 12. The breakfast too is very comprehensive and not lacking in flavor either. Momos are great too (and incomprehensibly inexpensive while at it), but take up to 30 mins to be prepared - so ideally order ahead before visiting.All in all, its the (rare) cafés like these that do much to shape our perceptions of value in a city otherwise polluted with one too many overpriced, overhyped eateries - in their success lies proof of what is indeed possible when a high volume, low margins approach is employed. Undeniably, businesses of this kind benefit the largest possible contingent of people per $ moved - and for that reason, Im more than keen on giving them my business practically everyday (and thus contributing to this ecosystem), rather than patronizing corporate greed by dining at ridiculously-high margin restos. Will remind you of back home with every bite. Chatpatta fries are very good—crunchy and full of masala. Every thing we ate here was freshly prepared and delicious.

Overall experience was bad in terms of service and taste.I had tried bun kabab which was veryOrdinary and was not spicy.Next day, i tired paratha roll which i requested to make much spicy. The paratha came.out very normal with no spices.I had asked for spicy sauce, which was also denied by saying that we provide only green sauce with paratha roll. Very poor customer service 👎. Not visiting again
