Nice place with excellent service, very good welcoming staff, food was delicious but the portions was little, the interior and views was lovely.

Cafe Bateel is the Creme de la Creme. A true foodie experience, especially during Ramadan. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu and the coffee is par for the course. We went for their Ramdan iftar, and this makes the if I had a last meal list for sure. First they bring out the juiceist dates and date milkshakes to start the dining experience. Then we selected from the iftar menu. We chose the pumpkin soup, Lebanese trio of salads, Grilled Salmon, Wagyu meatballs, and then desert was a set menu. The soup could only be likened to liquid gold. After one bite we didnt know whether to eat it or buy more to invest and let the value increase. This soup was legendary! The trio of salads was great too. The flavors in the beetroot hummus and carrot humus was delightful. The salmon was cooked perfectly and I cant say enough about the Wagyu meatballs!!! These tasty delicate, meaty yet savory meatballs drowned in marinara sauce delivered. The succulent, moist and tenderness of each bite created a euphoria that will blow anybodys mind. Dessert was crazy as well. You can just say this was the John Legend of Iftars. Go here. Eat here. Be happy for a lifetime. Done!

Great cafe , great location with indoor and outdoor seating option with a awesome view to Abu Dhabi corniche , they have a great menu with lots of varieties to meet all tastes , food is consistently good , they have wide selection of desserts, the date was the best date I’ve ever tasted , loved their sparkling date drink , staff are friendly and attentive, sticky date pudding is the most delicious pudding I ever tasted (A must Try ) , definitely will visit the place again for a breakfast with a view

Overpriced , although the cafe is part of the Entertainer rewards book and HSBC entertainer but almsot all main courses in the breakfast menu is excluded from the buy one get one free offer and the staff will never tell you about it .

An awesome view, relaxing ambience and very welcoming staff! Starting with the bread/balsamic vinegar/olive oil, the balsamic vinegar is of a good quality and they do have gluten free bread (you have to ask for it). They accept the entertainer. The food was really good and they have the ability to customize it. The grilled salmon can be made dairy-free. And they have gluten free option for the pastas. It will be a definite stop for me when I visit Abu Dhabi again.

All food was delicious and Pasta was al dente.You will get dates when you order their coffee.Balcony seats may available and there are nice view except summer hot season.

I have been here a few times.Service wise- most times good, sometimes a miss & occassionally you get a scowl. Such people, you dont see them there for long.Food wise- quite good. The date cake is nice, if you have a sweet tooth. The salad is very healthy and have lots of superfoods.Nice environment to chill and during dinner time, you will get to see some fireworks during certain public holidays.The free bread starter that comes with olive oil and date syrup dip is nice. Ask for more of the bread with dates.

The food is good but unfortunately the tables smells bad due to the lack of detergents and cleaning, we asked for cleaning but he came with wet tissue and wiped it.

Well frequented restaurant with good views and friendly and helpful service. Good selection of cakes and coffees. We also had the lamb, which was soft and juicy.

The best salads and really good date pudding too

My friend ordered scrambled eggs and I ordered the avocado on toast. We both enjoyed our order. Apart from the bread that was a bit dry and the beetroot puree was dull. They serve a decent affogato and an excellent tea. The service was friendly. An enjoyable experience!

It is worth the quest to get here. This branch is in the Nation Galleria on the first floor, off to right side. Im not crazy about eating straight dates but their dates are very smooth tasting and not as sweet or sticky as those found in the USA. Strongly recommend eating some with qawah, the traditional Arabic coffee. It has ginger and cardamon spices which gives it a very interesting flavor from standard western coffee. Its very lightly roasted so its more tea like than coffee. Highly recommend. I also had their date pudding with yogurt ice cream. Again, not very sweet do you could taste the ingredients.

The food is good but the serves is really bad we waited 1 hr to get our breakfast and no body came to ask if we beed anything the servers were not able to handle the amount of ppl in the cafe which was a very stressful experience and the coffee came when we finished eating

Visited three times...first 2 times were enjoyable, with simple, flavourful food and decent service. Our third and LAST visit was very disappointing. Food was cold, overly spiced and coupled with slow table service, despite only 2 other tables occupied.

Everything is overpriced, even the water and soft drinks.

Its a regional coffeeshop chine, you can enjoy good Arabic coffee and dates. Also, they have tasty selection of food. Must try it

Quiet Mall with a selection of eatery options. Unfortunately, customer service is seriously lacking at the Nation Towers customer services department of International Capital Trading . If you have a problem, they have a limited understanding of the meaning of how to serve the customer. When we made a complaint, we found them inflexible, together with a lack of understanding of the issue. The management are willing to sacrifice customer satisfaction levels for the sake of saving themselves a couple of dollars! As a result they have lost loyal customers. Consider spending your time and money at one of the other malls such as Galeria Mariyah Island.

My wife and I visited on Friday 25th March 2016, in the afternoon and definitely not during any peak period. The service right from start to finish was very slow. Staff were unattentive and not interested in serving the customer. Food and coffee took an extremely long time. We wouldnt go again.
