The facilities in this building is very old. In addition, there is no way to terminate the contract without a lot of hidden fees.In the contracting phase, they are telling you we are flexible and dont worry about anything. Then, when you want to terminate your contract, you find a lot of hidden terms, fees, policies, that are contradict with their emails and commitments. When, you escalate, the account manager and relationship manager and all managers wash their hands and keep you facing with a support email that sending you policies that you never saw before.After 6 months of emails and phone calls, we still didnt get our security deposit.I totally dont recommend working with these people.

The lounge is in the kitchen. An excellent example how local people make it better. We were offered to use a room the only drawback was the lavatory, no toilet seat and cockroach signaled.
