Ideal. Great management. Excellent support, maintainence, and Security. The building grows better w time. Superb upkeep. The neighborhood is local and the lobby levels offer boutique merchants w excellent customer service. Not in town, but not out of town—and growing comfortably. Perfect place and people.

Has a nice collection of restaurants and cafes. There is a good gym there as well Lets Go .Parking can get a bit crowded on the weekends.

We been to this tower to have lunch @ Shakesphere & Co Café and indeed it was great to be there. We loved the food and of course the ambience, Simply Superb... (UK Design & Interiors).

Good location

The management is 100 here. Ive spent 7 years here and the management has made this better than my home in Atlanta, GA, USA. These are the best property managers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I do not want to live in a another place here. You can talk about anything to these guys and they will make it good. The building is ALWAYS CLEAN and SAFE. This is THE BEST building in the UAE. I will always love this place even when I go back to the USA.

Nice place

A multi storey office building on the Muroor Road inside Al Danet community. Well organized office building in a new neighborhood of commercial and residential development.The building hosts a number of good restaurants and coffee shops.There is regular bus service and Taxis are a plenty.The building has limited parking for wheelchair at the ground level.Every floor in the building has a handicapped toilet facility. The are spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair from ground level and from the basements too. However, all the lifts either seem to go up or go down. Probably need a fine tuning in the configuration. The building is mostly occupied by a company called Technip.The security team from Group4 at the entrance are rude and do nor present the image of the building. They must be welcoming the visitors and making the deliveries to the building a seamless and easy process. They seem to be very lazy and uncooperative. The delivery teams carrying their heavy loads need to wait for the designated service lift to arrive to the ground floor as it is not monitored. They need to be more attentive to visitors and present the image of the building to be a welcoming and visitor friendly.

Excellent place for offices even for Europeans because they have lots of coffeeshops such as lavazza, Starbucks and restaurants like Shakespeare cafe and sultan Bakery. But for Indians food restaurant options is very bad and few Indian restaurants are there but very much unhygienic..to reach to international airport is very near than city center..Carrefour and mushrif malls are veynear which are less than 10minutes by local public busses..
