They deserve a minus star if possible, the worst insurance ever. There website is a flop, noone answers the calls. There system is always done that alot of the clinic donnot want to deal with.When will they be accountable?!

I would understand if a system down defect lasts for 2, 3 or 10 minutes but not half a day and still counting! My son wasnt able to get admitted in hospital inspite his critical situation since 12:30 pm due to NAS system down issue then i had to pay 5000 dhs for the hospital as deposit to admit my son i am still in the hospital at night and the system still down till now (23:19 PM). A lot of patients holding the same card were complaining in the same prestigious hospital, such a disappointment for those who had to use this insurance company on this day and got affected by their system. I have screenshots and hospital correspondence as a proof in case required.To be fair enough: the good side is that they cover wide range of hospitals and usually you dont have to pay per visit and for medicine.

Worst insurance service in my life till now. There is no customer care for this insurance and when I try to contact always number is busy, no response. I cannot use insurance in the hospital because it’s not linked to Emirates ID. No concerned person to contact also.Very bad experience holding NAS insurance

Worst ever Insurance Company,if there was less than one star i would have put it.Since 17th August 2020 and my surgery is still not approved by your side.i have a swelling upper back, NMC Royal submitted request several times yet you want to chat about it while i am currently in pain.this is the first request in this insurance and more than 12 days elapsed without any approval.with DAMAN i used to get approval the next following day.

The worst service ever. More than 10 days for only reviewing inpatient authorization from the hospital.I am calling every day to check the status and getting the same answer it is with the high management to review it, we will let you know soonI do know if they realize that it is health issue. So, the client needs it urgently and maybe it is life threatening matter.

I had a great experience with NAS. They have been my TPA for more than 5 years now. It is so easy to reimburse your claims with them. Every time i have a problem or a concern, i would call their customer service team for help and they have been responsive and they care about your inquiry. Thank you NAS team!

Due to card expiration you allow only one months medicines after two hours in the pharmacy you accept for allowance only one box of medicines even though I need two boxes for one month!The same for me and my husband!!!We have now paid the medicines for the rest 15 days!You are just ridiculous!Every month we spend one hour pegging you to allow us to have our medicines that the doctor is giving us to support our difficulties.You are Disgusting and I feel the same the last three years that I am your customer.

Avoid to used this company, Worst ever Insurance Company, my previous insurances company approved my surgery, but my employer have decided to change the insurance company a week later and them NAS has rejected the medical report after one week! Very bad insurances Company!

My wife is a cancer patient and shes been suffering terribly with their very late approvals. I hold them responsible for all the mental stress they put her on. Id give them ZERO stars. This is unethical.To get the approval for the medicines after chemotherapy am waiting from 10:00 Am till 17:00 Pm am no approval till now . They should be out of the insurance market .I dont know if is there any managment reviewing what customer are writing? It big ZERO the deserve.Not advice my enemies to join NAS or any company dealing with NAS .

NAS insurance excels all the tricks to reject the reimbursements for foreign country treatments. If you are truly genuine, why are you asking the cost estimate for Pre-approval thru email instead of giving an upload option in web portal? Keep up your job. All the best.

Patient will die but doctors in NAS who are approving the request will still not care... customer care is reading only tele prompts. Doctors take there own time even for a approval for extension.Worst ever experience .

Quite possibly the worst health coverage provider. Approval takes ages and they will reject anything more serious than meds for cough or cold. But then again if im the Employer id want cheap premiums, not the welfare of my staff. Sad Times

This worst insurance I never seen in my life..I been suffering from h.pylori bacteria and low blood counting so doctor wants to verify that I have ulcer or any other problem but they didnt give endoscopy approval such a horrible time I suffered.

To ministery of heath that the true face of nas insurance Worst experience and worst insurance company in uae when u have a health problem even if hold A category card number C943- 919A -2A97-2AAA i wish nas can have here an answer my issue start from 17/02/2019 when the get request from candian hosptial request for minor surgery epidural injection and radio frequencey for my l5_s1 lumber ofcours all mri sacn has been done and nas insurance they after 100 call and requesting to answer the request they answer after 10 days that we need second opinion from them side and they choice dr at prime hosptial in dubai so i go and dr see my mri and he told me clearly you need surgery and thats at back i told him clearly its wrong the requests from the neurosuregen for the injection and radio frequencey treatment he said clear no its also right and they call by pain controll and that he mantion to me clearly so after that nas insurance they didnt like the answer and after few days send new enquiry to my hosptial for more details and hospital has been answer all clearly so today 06-03-2019 i call the insurances again as every day i call and they respond by your request has been reject i ask why they said customers service we dont have clear statues about your iusse any excuse they just care about saving money i think the reject cause my card will be expire at end of march so they was wasting around 1 month by delaying answering and scend cause the cost its 50k aed so why we shoud pay let him go to other insurance company so its worst experience if u have a minor surgery they are not a health provider they are death provider .waiting them answer here in public to let the pepole know them true face .Thursday 7 March 2019I recived mail from nas admin office and i recived call from admin dr ahmed to describes my medical issue and he told that to continue process my treatment dr he need to follow the protocol of treatment i told him already i visit today morning dr and he submit the first protocol they call it by nerve test to check if he will accpet the epidural injection and riado frequincey so i wish things to move to better after the first approval of test nerve and i will update here all status In this case .

Probably the worst insurance in the Emirates.takes forever to get their approval. costumer service can not be understood. Website does not show which hospitals you can use. Do not use this insurance out of Abu Dhabi - you have to pay for everything.

Peace be upon you,The approval to conduct the operation has been refused more than once, despite the fact that all requests are secured by the treating physician, so that the last rejection comes, which is illogical and does not matter whatsoever.Is it possible that a person desires to undergo unnecessary surgery while he is in pain and is unable to carry out his daily life normally?Please review and approve the request
