Poor management and harsh to employees!!!Hi, the management team is quite unresponsive and irresponsible. As I have experienced it myself when my brother who was working there as lifeguard has to get his things done , it’s so difficult for employees to get their documents and let’s forget about settlements which they deserve , they have to beg .. Let’s forget about timely salary , they have to protest to get it at time !!!To give good customer service ,you need to satisfy your employees first ..” Happiness comes within first to bring happiness in other’s face !”
