The customer service is outstanding especially Nermeen

I like it because it carries one of the best brands of the world in bathroom and kitchen supplies but unfortunately they have a lack of employees and also their working hours are really not appropriate at all compared to all the good stores in the UAE. They definitely need to change their working hours.
