So after my writing this review here is an update. Finally since initial complaint to consumer protection Easy Home decided to correct the issue & after sometime managed to deliver some decent custom dining chairs. Mr Adnan was extremely helpful & polite.Do not trust this company to custom make any furniture. I requested dining table chairs & provided all measurements of dining table & express they should fit inside the dimensions ofcourse. What I recieved was armchairs! 80cm wide OMG. Chairs not even symmetric either. Miss. Shine the owner is completely rude & has no customer service experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone since they did not offer to adjust the chairs or refund. I have had to take matters further & inform consumer protection sadly
