So we tried the buffet for iftar me and my family, the food was mostly dry, like I will need to drink water after each bite to be able to swallow my food, they had some nice variety of things which is good, taste wise was not bad, Service was good, staff was mostly friendly and easy going with the customers, they followed the health and safety guidelines. The restaurant decor was typical but not bad.The overall experience was average for me, I went to places where the buffet price was half their price, yet food was amazing, service was excellent, and the tasted like food.

Food is good. Ambience is nice. Staff is great. Very courteous and friendly. Willing to come back.

Dinner was so delicious .the area was so come .Jane was there to suggest for us although we don’t drink alcohol but she’s still suggested for us that promotion .I will definitely recommend it today

Had a great experience in the Choices restaurant with lots of variety of foods. Staffs are well trained and attentive to guest needs like Sumit, Anas and so on!!! Highly recommend!!!

I tried choices restaurant in Ramadan and the service was terrible, they couldn’t accommodate or manage all guests. I had guests with me from Dubai and i was very disappointed with the service. The waiters didnt even bother to come to our table and check if we needed anything, i had to get out of my table many times looking for the waiters. When asked for the bill one of the waiters handed over the bill to my kid to give it to me to the table!!!!

Had only breakfast here. None of the food were fresh except fruits. Omelette and whole boiled eggs were horribly tasteless. Pancakes were worst you can ever have anywhere in the world.

Poor buffet need to focus on salad and desert counter more, guest who not stay in hotel will not know if there is life cooking..no sushi...no ice cream...bread hard..

The only thing stopping me giving this one star was the food was actualy very good but there was not much to choose from especially if you have picky children, best avoided if you have nut allergies as you will not have much to choose from, this buffet is seriously over priced for a family of four with two children 6 and 9 and soft drinks ended up costing us £70 !!! And we used a entertainer voucher to get one free meal Im sorry but you are taking advantage of your guests, do you self a favour and take the free buss to Yas Mall and save yourself a fortune

Amazing value for money, Jane was amazing on the service, took great care of the whole family and was great with the kids which allowed us to enjoy even more!!

Actually I didnt think that the staff can handle the croud, since it was Friday and fully booked restaurant, the food was great, the place is very good although its bit small, the atmosphere was very nice and I didnt see anyone complain nor unhappy

We went for the dinner buffet as it was our sons 10th birthday. It was a working night (Tuesday) and yet the restaurant had quite few tables occupied.Our son enjoys a good prank, so we requested the restaurant to provide us with a trick cake. Emily (restaurant reception staff) put us in touch with the chef who promptly contacted us and kindly obliged.On the night, the staff discreetly checked with me when to bring out the cake and hence my son was quite surprised and excited to see a cake.I expected a basic trick cake however chef arranged an elaborate cake that even my husband thought it was the real one. The serving crew also played along with the trick cake charade and my son thoroughly enjoyed the prank and even more the actual delicious chocolate birthday cake.The customer service provided by the staff right from reservation to billing was great. The wait staff (Miko) was quite attentive and promptly cleared our table after each course.The buffet however was quite basic but was okay for the cost of 120dhs per adult inclusive of soft drinks and all taxes. There was a fair selection of salads, cold mezze, main dishes and desserts. The dishes should definitely be reviewed as it needs a fair bit of improvement with regards to its taste. The lamb biryani and beef stir fry were the only dishes that stood out.The decor was good however the chairs were quite heavy and hence quite tricky to move.Overall it was a great evening for us especially our son but it would have been even better if the food matched the service provided.

Not a brilliant selection. The breakfast at Centro is better. They cannot make coffee. Capuccino/latte not strong enough and lukewarm. Take forever to change it.

Food is okey. Staffs are always busy, may be short. Located inside Rotana offers great breakfast line. The omlette counter is very crowded, but taste is super. Outdoor and indoor seating available.
