Very busy small Chatime branch. Only two small tables so best to take away and drink on the go. Quite a long wait at times despite their speedy preparations. Goes to show how popular this place is. 👍Good selection of bobba and tea.

The milk tea boba is the best, fast delivery and they offer dine in as well, just one thing thats bad is that delivery timing starts at 1pm. overall, everything is good

Chatime is the best Milk Tea Shop in Abu Dhabi! The staff are also nice and friendly. Service is smooth and easy. I would recommend everyone to come and visit Chatime Yas Mall :)

They make the best drinks with the QQ jelly. Mostly I would recommend the Milk tea QQ and I like mine warm though others would order cold. There is also juice with QQ like the passion fruit juice with pearl QQ and coconut. If you’re new to it I would recommend you try the milk tea QQ which is the best out of all of them.

After trying few places in abu dhabi for milk tea. Its consider one of the top, little bit over priced though if you add extras. But in general very good

The staff are a bit rude with no experience of making customers feel welcome.. when asked for types of pearls they have.. they answer like in a bad manner.. ordered taro milk tea.. the taste of the taro and milk is like not blended properly..

HORRIBLE! In everyway!!So heres my experience with this place. Ive never been to this place before but have had and love boba tea. Get there like 2 minutes before closing because i had hell trying to find the place. I ask if they could do a quick order because i really wanted to try this place. The only lady working says yes in a very ANNOYED tone. I look past it thinking she is having a bad night. I order a drink for myself and my friend. Same exact drink right....well when i get handed the tea i hand it to my friend then stand there waiting for a good few seconds looking at the lady and say oh i ordered 2.....HERES WHERE I LOSE FAITG IN THE TASTE OF THIS TEA......this lady does the most annoying sigh and repeats the order and starts making another one by just throwing the ingredients in a cup and barely mixing. Finally i get my drink. I say have a good night and i leave......Now to the drink taste. THIS IS WHERE I LOSE FAITH IN THE COMPANY. I got Taro..... but my drink was like if taro was sitting out for a bit and you added chunks of dirt.....it was so grainy and just so off. She threw this drink together and made a first time experience there horrible in everyway possible. I wasted my money and time on this place....NEVER AGAIN!THE ONLY REASON I EVEN GAVE IT A DAMN STAR IS BECAUSE YOU CANT GO LOWER OR NEGATIVE!
