Very small version of borders without the typical feel good

Not really a book shop. more like a toy store and novelty book shop. terrible selection. got gift cards for this store, was so excited to have them, only to be gravely disappointed at the lack of selection. its been almost a year and I am forced to use my gift cards for something I will never use. At least Christmas is coming up...

Lovely selection of books. Awesome atmosphere.

Dont enjoy going into Yas Mall Branch. I like to browse uninterrupted but if I need some assistance I like to be able to find someone easily who will give me their full attention. There is no happy medium. Either all on top of you or when helping allow other staff to interrupt and take their attention away from you.

Very nice collection of books. Able to get almost everything about books. Happy to have a shop like this around.

That Borders still exists is a great and wonderful thing. Sure the selection is limited, but that it is still here is amazing

No exchange if you dont carry the receipt, how can you have the receipt if its a gift and they didnt put anything in the bag?! I bought a new gift and again she failed to give me a receipt for exchange, plus a disagreeable attitude of the lady vendor. They also charge gift bags, and not a symbolic price. Will not return to that place or any paperbag place.

So the staff like to make fun of customers... in front of other customers

No customer survive. Sells old pens that do not work, and refuses exchange them.

They sell here some art materials, mostly student grade.
