No professionalism in communicating with clients. They say theyre the best in the middle east when they werent able to answer simple questions in a proper manner, and not taking the applicants opinions in consideration. In addition to that, no enough information or guidance was provided about the designated country visa rules unless you sign contracts with them. Which clearly means, just pay, and if your visa gets rejected due to not knowing the exact required documents and preparing them beforehand, thats not their fault. Furthermore, the counselor wasnt familiar with differentiating between a University and a Preparatory Course visa requirements which was very clear from the respective countrys embassy. Or he might just thought of earning some extra cash by enrolling me to a language course which for my case is NOT required for the visa. Waste of time trying to get proper responses instead of just sharing their success stories in every answer and their inaccurate information. Never again.

A decent work environment and respectable employees but their problem is how they behave without taking the opinion of the applicant. I made a tour of Fezah by them, I know Shaw wrote in the online questionnaire because they are playing in front of me (unlike all the other offices they play in front of me and approve of the question) .. They took all the papers and said after two years .. After the replacement of Mihtun Emily Hattin Emilhm p base work and above I personally asked him to book a hotel in two cities and they gave me the reservation of two hotels in the city alone (and the point is that I noticed that the VFS means that they even give themselves the same flag.) I changed my data because I was a writer in two cities. They gave me only within 12 days, but I did not give them up The office of the month of the month and until we discovered Shi ..
