I probably bought a lot of product I don’t even need but the service was awesome. The place was very clean organized and the people working very friendly and helpful. If they can’t answer a question they will bring someone knows about the product. I definitely recommend this location.

Good products but compared to sephora France the staff is so rude. Many staff there for at the end no nice talking and cannot advert accordingly. So disappointed I wont go there anymore

I met “Safa “ who she did for me my eyebrows at Yas mall , she’s so perfect and my eyebrows looked just amazing clean and drawn in a perfect shape . Highly recommended service and great results .

Id like to come without having a sales lady following my ever step. I refuse the constant tagging along and chatting when I could be enjoying my time in the store and finding a clerk if I need help.I find this problem with every sephora because they reward commissions but its comming at the cost of a customers comfort with the store.Please leave us alone unless we request help because you are giving us the notion that you want to take every penny from us not that you want to help.More than this, Ive experienced the employee forcingly giving me expensive products and trying to justify it when its completely unrelated to what I came into the store for.

Imane was absolutely wonderful - tinted my brows perfectly and took pride in shaping them. Better than the salon!

Honestly, Id prefer to go online rather than the store. Theyre giving free samples for online orders. Buying in stores takes a.lot of time since you have to go round and round looking for specific product.

Went in all sephora over the world and personnel was always good but there is definetely a problem with sephora yas mall, the personnel is awful and must be really replaced, I will not go there anymore. Firstly, I was looking for something the female agent just diminish me, the cashier is the worst ever! She throws the products in the bag like you would throw a potato and asked me really rudely my sephora number and rushing me when I was looking for it. She then throw the last piece without looking at me and asked the next person to come. When I tried to say something she asked me to move or to raise a complain so Im raising a complain now: her name is Green. She shoukd learn what the word customer means... She should never treat a person like this... Definetely dont go there if you need to you will leave the shop very sad :(

Looks like management has finally decided to do something about the Sephora staff training. After a couple of disastrous visits to the Abu Dhabi Mall branch, I went to Yas Mall for some last minute buys and was helped by Madiha who took the time to listen to my requests for specific products and explained to me how to use them for optimal results.I als enjoyed that she spoke French!I removed one star from the score because unlike their online shop, they dont give free samples, which really come in handy for travel (especially perfumes) or simply to try out new products.

Unfortunately I had a very bad shipment service. I paid online and expected to receive the items within 5 days. Sephora’s customers service were really helpful but it wasn’t enough.I tried to communicate with “ Shipa” the delivery company but got no reply from them.I had to send my location via WhatsApp three times even though it was clear and sent to the company before.Please never ever pay online use cash on delivery.I’m still waiting for my package and I got no refund when I asked for it. Again don’t ever pay online.

Everyone loved sephora but wish they make sales or discounts soon

I went there with intent to buy and what I got was great service from moment I stepped in. Young lady at the entrance was super helpful, knew what I am after, advised me well. Then her coleague Khadija passed by, and I end up with perfect eyebrows and honest advice. I value that.

I think they they sold me the wrong chanel Bleuusually pick up from any Dubai based Sephora chanel bleu without doubt as their trustworthy products so far for me..... however once I was in Abu Dhabi specifically this outlet I bought chanel Bleu for 495 aed and its not the same (doesnt seems like Bleu at all and the as a parfume doesnt stay until I close the lid)Im extremely dissatisfied

Not crowded had stock of things I wanted. Staff was good, helped me find my shade and instantly told me my undertone. Much pleasant experience than dubai mall.
