WORST blow dry i have ever done in my life done by the arabic lady in Khalij Alarabi branch.. I had to leave and go to another saloon and pay again to fix my hair.💔

Ive seen so many celebrities promoting for this salon I thought will have a smooth experience for the reputation at least!I went for a hair cut and hair washingHair washing part was normal, but I the lady is goodHowever the Lebanese hairdresser had not so polite attitude and comments about my baby hairs!!Im growing hair so makes sense have baby hairs!The worst part was that she did a beginner hair cut! She havent suggested me anything or was at least nice by all means..I wanted to write this review for people thinking they should go for hair cutJust dont!

I am one of their costumers and I used to admire their work. But, once I recommend this salon to my friends all their feedback was poor. The repeated comment I heard was that they will treat you very poorly if you were a new costumer and its your first time there. Also, prices change every week:) Very unprofessional and I am truly disappointed. Every since famous influencers started hyping their salon up their work went👎🏼

Its unbelievable how the service switches quickly when its someone well known to someone who just want to get a job done right and respectfully. Bringing influencers to the saloon isnt going to make the salon reputation sky rocket. Their prices change every time you visit meaning that the saloon doesnt have any credibility in doing their job properly.

So perfect my Protein done in this salon. I swear so perfect! I like the way they making joke in thier work coz sometimes when u doing something you feel sleepy, but for them they made joke just not to feel u boring! ahahha

Extremely bad salon with the rude stuff and bad work .. they dyed my hair wrong and it went wrong and bad looking while i showed her what i want at the begining she damaged my hair and at the end she toldd me i cant do anything other than that. they are not professional and so lazy to work . expensive and bad work. never recommend it for anyone.

Called and they told me it is empty and i can just come in. When i got there, there was around 15 customers and 5 waiting.shocked! All receptionists and staff are rude by walking away and ignoring you while speaking. You basically need to beg for the staff to finish the treatment you are getting because one person is doing 3+ customers at a time. Very crowded due to no appointment policy. Crowded to the point no seats to sit and wait. All customers including me are getting the protein service which made it very hard to breath due to improper ventilation.الموضفات وقحات جدا بشكل فضيع، ماياخذون مواعيد و هذا الشي مسبب زحمه لدرجة مافي كراسي كافيه للانتضار. كل الزباين جاين حق البروتين و المكان يخنق و مافي تهويه مناسبه.

Its a very bad serives .. on the phone when i asked about the manicure they said 40 AED .. and when i arrived the price changed !!!!plus the one who did the manicure for me hurted my finger even when i told her to be careful because my skin is thin ..

I get my eyebrows done there with a lady her nick name is Cinderella 🤣 she’s so attentive and takes care of my eyebrows every time

The receptionist is not willing to answer my questions nicely, she seems bored and wouldnt even answer.. she kept escorting me to other employees who werent even there. she didnt even know what the protein does

They are good with hair coloring but the worst hair cutting salon , don’t dare to cut your hair there

The receptionist who answered the phone today was very rude. It seems like she is not happy while answering . I was really looking forward to booking some appointment but i was not pleased the way she answer my question.

Cheating!! My hair burned because of the protein and tried it like this once and for nothing! My sister died and never felt for her hair !! But the propaganda and words Vafi and Mafi Vaidh in the treatments of poetry are all silent.

The first and second time I did the protein was wide zain as for combing the hair, and the protein substance did not burn Wade,, the third time I settled it at a unit that convinced me to do Botox instead of protein and it was top of the dash and unprofessionalism and with the straightener burning the skin of the head..
