I have been going to the salon in Bawabat al Sharq Mall for nearly 3 years now, mostly for pedicures. In the past the service was always provided with a smile BUT today something was different. Requesting my usual pedicure, i felt like an intruder in the salon. I felt like I disrupted the girls’ lunch, even though I was the only customer there. Not a friendly face in sight ... while sitting there during my pedicure every single girl who walked past had a long face and moved around zombi-like. Very unpleasant. The music channel played, don’t think the Muslim client who came in later appreciated the type of music videos on offer from that channel. Eventually, one of the girls then changed the channel to Disney ... really?? Two adult clients in the salon and we now have to watch the Disney Channel. I could not understand the logic behind that. Well, my nails did look pretty, I tipped the girl who did it as I always do, paid and will never go back. I don’t need to spend my money and pampering time in a salon where everyone seems to be unhappy and morbid. There are 3 more salons in the mall to explore.

Frankly, I went to them while I was making an appointment, and I was five minutes late. I waited 40 minutes, and the place for the manicure and pedicure was not clean, and the sink was after, and I asked the worker to clean it, frankly, unfortunately, I will not go back to them again. They have no experience in serving customers.

They have a wonderful face, I advise you about them .. but I settled it with JOCELYN 💕

Sweet Keratin Amazon in the salon ... their job is excellent, and in good conscience, a good one ... just treat themNot tactful .. The first thing the two employees finished with the work in my hair disappeared .. Unfortunately, after I was his client with them, one of the employees tampered with the price in the supervisor branch of the mall, and therefore the salon lost his customer with them. I hope the administration will investigate them.
