Funky and a youthful place to get pampered .. amazing for ladies gathering.. when you visit the salon you need to know that the atmosphere boosts you with energy, it’s not like going to a spa.. I highly recommend the place..

I have done my nails 5 days back. Nails done nicely but the technician has over cut the excess and It is still swelling and hurting.

Did my nail art with noemi and the work speaks for itself!! the work, the staff and tge whole experience is a 10/10

Super cool ambience and friendly staff. Gel nails started peeling within a few days though and my friends technician made her toes bleed but mine was good. So maybe depends on the staff member you get😬

Unique interior, good location but it’s overpriced I did only color change for nails (hands only) coat me 60 dhs!!

The place is designed with a concept, loved it.But the technician needs more training as they skip some details in Mani, padi and i have to tell them this needs additional work, or the sides or length are not even.

It was OKAY.. I didn’t particularly enjoy the “babe” part. But the vibe and the interior and the service was good nonetheless.

Very poor service and no respect to customer nor the time, they are unprofessional and shows the lack of experience they have in how to manage customer and build customer loyalty. My daughter had an appointment and they where late for about 30 min to start with, the technician started and then half way she left my daughter before completing her work and attended another customer !!! Had to wait for 40 min un attended by any technician to complete the work. The Salon Manager should’ve manage customer and staff properly it shows how week she is and have no management skills at all to manage the place. The technician as well to be blamed for leaving the customer before completing her job. Am un happy and won’t recommend their place for anyone.

The location, is convenient, lots of parkings around.The place, looks stunning and the vibes is just amazing with a coffee bar area.The hair service was just perfect.The nails padi/mani was bad. I asked for a normal cleaning and color changing. The color applying was so bad not professional at all, the Technician damaged my skin around the nail. I called the salon and asked to fix the color at least, when i went back, and they just the same thing and the color applying was so bad, the color start pealing the next day.This should be considered, and teach the technicians to do a simple padi/mani in a professional way.

I can guarantee this beauty bar is like no other in Abu Dhabi, from the decor and music to the meticulousness of the nail services provided. Elated gives off an eccentric air reserved specifically for the super-hip and lively women of Abu Dhabi, whether they be 15 or 65. They serve delicious specialty coffee, too (a huge plus for me). Highly recommended!

I don’t normally review places but I felt this place needed it. WOW. Everything was amazing about my experience at Elated, the staff, the services, the products, the ambience and Ofcourse the coffee 👅 a must try if you’re in AD ladies!
