If I could give less I would’ve, the staff are nice but the service is on the negative scale. The prices are way overpriced for something that was extremely bad. The worst Moroccan bath I had in my life. I also had extensions worth about 700 dhs looks so fake, applying the color to the nails wasn’t good either. Will never go again

Very very bad service i went i was gonna do my hair and nails ended up doing my nails only the staff had the worst attitude and made me want to leave asap they filed and tore my skin i added stick on nail and they all fell as soon as i left not worth the 100 dirhams!!!!

The costumers service have become way better than before and the service itself is really better than before and i am so satisfied with what I had done ❤️

The decor and theme is nice and different. As for services i did roots color and it was done nicely by fawzya and i also did eyebrows and it was ok, average.

I booked an appointment and they never told me that the ac is not working until i reached there, it was SO HOT in there! The place is nice but i didn’t like the service of mani & padi. The color application wasn’t good neither the cleaning.

I called them for ten minutes to take appointments but the phone was busy

The saloon is well decorated but the service is very slow!! It took them almost 2 hours for a blow dry and my hair is short? Although the place was empty since I came in the morning but the ladies were basically throwing the job on each other! The Arabic ladies are relaxing not even showing interest of asking the customer what they want!! No body even offered a glass of water!! The place looks clean but the bathroom was all water on the floor and I literally had to clean the toilet from the water!! The owner should keep an eye on the service because it’s a waste to loose customers for such simple modifications! The lady did my hair was polite thu and did a good job But took too long and when I asked for someone to help her, no one showed up!

The place is really nice but the staff need to be changed honstly, its right next to my house yet i drive to go far places just for the service. i feel bad for the owner alot of work is done as interiors and proudct wise but the staff OMG zero customer service Frankly I visited them twice and every time regret that the prices are high, but the service Matsui and actually I wish the sponsor of the salon reconsider staff and God bless her
