I know that this saloon is very old and famous in Abu Dhabi but it is always crowded and busy and never organized just like a fish market! The place is suffocating, uncomfortable and not that clean in which there is no space for privacy every body is over your head staring at you! Also I have noticed that the make up they use are not clean and overused! And I have no idea why they don’t give appointments!!! I have tried Asma for eyebrows threading and she is a real artist. But Baseela who is hairstylist is the worst and have no respect at all! They should know and learn about good customer service.

The Saloon was so crowded I came in around 2 pm and left the Saloon at 7:10pm. The were so disorganized even thought the ladies were served by number. The hair and makeup was soo good but for the waiting I dont think I will come again
