This is what were looking for!The salon is clean and smells refreshing i feel safe when barber wears gloves and mask. Ahmad is professional he manage to cover up my thin hair bald head. I prefer this salon for a safe place to get pampered. Definitely comeback for manicure and pedicure with my colleagues

Its closed and its not open in world trade center mall, the website and Google they havent updated it so I went and done a trip to world trade center mall for nothing.

Kamal is a master of his trade. Highly recomended.

Good services with reasonable prices

The workers their are a delight, they are very nice and friendly and made me feel welcome. However, the room was dirty, I had to place tissues on the table to put my wallet and keys on. Hair all over the place.With a very high premium price the place should be spotless, good luck!

Its ok. But overpriced for what it is and they dont honour the WTC residents discount that they promise. Last time the reason was I dont recognise you because Im new so I cant offer the discount (I had my wtc card with me!)

Decided to give it a try for this salon and Tanseer was the barber.Everything was fantastic! They will really take care of you and service is excellent!I can finally rest in peace since I have found the barber.

Worst service I have ever triedLet alone the bad location, let alone lack of parkings the complete incompetence is astonishingI would warn anyone not to risk their health, the barber was shaking while using the razor.Not to mention the place is overpricedOne good thing is that you learn patience as you have to wait between now and then for the barber to stop checking his phone while cutting your hair

Tanseer has become my go to for my haircut and beard trim every month, and that is because he perfects it every time exactly how I want my hair style to be. I had a wonderful experience- but was gouged on the price of one treatment- had a machine cut and beard trim; as well as a Manicure Pedicure. The haircut and experience was so good I thought why not do the ManiPedi. My first! Really recommend this place for service and quality of work. However, when going to pay, I was charged for a head shave for my machine cut. This was AED 100. However, I had a machine cut not a head shave. It took all of two minutes a to do but they insisted on charging me for a head shave. The guy next to me had a head shave and it was much more elaborate than the two minute buzz cut I had. He was in the chair for almost an hour. The haircut element of my treatment was two minutes. To be clear I was not expecting a freebie or anything other than a price that reflected the work. AED 100 for two minutes is exorbitant and they would not contemplate anything else, even after they checked with someone on the phone. The prices for the other treatments were reasonable it was just this element. It destroyed a fantastic experience. Check pricing before you get anything done. To the management - feel free to contact me to arrange a partial refund of the exorbitant price charged for two minutes work. All else was excellent and I recommend this place.

Was nice to try it for the first time but I think if they use machine for peeling foot skin would be much quicker than manual peeling but over all I would recommend people to try it they are professional in all sorts of foot and hands care plus hairdressing.

I have really enjoyed, I just tried first time UL WTC,It’s amazing place, staff were very caring. The therapist Mr. Amol was very professional and the massage was the best massage I had ever had, medicare & pedicure also was extremely good.Overall I had really energized. Its my first experience at UML the galleria branch, and it will definitely not be my last experience! Its been a year living in UAE now and I tried most male salons in abu dhabi and I have to say this is the only salon that i felt very welcomed from the moment i stepped in!The receptionist was is very generous and kind and she made me feel that im entering my house instead of a salon.Bahaa and Sheryl were very professional and kind and i enjoyed my time there.The salon is very clean and tidy!The only problem i had was trying to book online, since it was mentioning sowwah area instead of the galleria mall. So i had to go and ask if there is a branch in sowwah area.You should work on marketing more ! Thanks again for the experience

Amol the therapist was excellent, professional and efficient, no faults there. However a few issues that can be improved on;Firstly, the WiFi required a convoluted method of a social sign in with additional sharing with contacts, I mean, make it easy for paying clients.Secondly, considering the price, I think its overpriced considering for not much more you can get the full spa experience at a five star hotel. I was a bit annoyed the 30% happy hour discount wasnt extended considering I had to move from one branch to another due to no suitable therapists being available in the first branch, again not great customer service.Finally, the ambience was a bit strange. There was nursery rhymes playing as background music, really odd ?!?For the price point, the concept needs some refining.

Ever since my husband first came across this place at WTC Mall, Urban Male Lounge has consistently delivered on an outstanding service with meticulous attention to detail and technique. My best compliment for UML comes in the form of the simple fact that my husband, one of the pickiest customers out there, was able to instantly decide this to be his go-to barbershop for any and every hair care service. This is in no small part thanks to the talent and particular care provided by Tanseer, a star barber in every regard who sometimes remembers our preferences even better than we do and who always ensures perfection in his service.

I have been a loyal customer with them for the past 4 years and now I decided to remove it from my list , the customer service and the center has no coordination regarding the appointment timings , once my appointment has been cancelled by the center saying that their technician is busy and the other time I was waiting for half hour for the technician to arrive and realizing that he’s not my regular one , complete miscommunication from saloon and the call center , It’s very important to maintain your loyal customers and if you loose them there your downfall starts.. I guess it’s started for your center ....

The best thing about urban male lounge is the staff Aktar tansir! i have been coming for his services before he joined urban male, he is excellent! two thumbs up to him, services are great however prices can be reduced. the reception ladies are lovely too, leziel, lovely, geraldine and annamer.
