This is a clean and professional establishment. I was worked on by two very skilled ladies that were diligent and fast. The prices were reasonable and I was treated well. I loved the stylish look of the room I was treated in. My feet were in for a treat and now it is as if I am feeling them as I walk for the first time. I most definitely recommend this spot to any man who is willing to pamper himself.

I keep coming back at urban male lounge cause of their Good Customers Service Skills. The staffs are very well groomed and professionally trained to handle each services needed by the customers.Receptionists are properly trained to welcome guest and customers are provided with excellent services which helps customers relax more comfortably and peacefully.

Just visited, The Galleria Mall and went to this lounge, Me n my fiance went to the reception, where two employee (Filipino Girl and Arabic Boy) was sitting, approached them regarding the query for Hair color (Ash Blonde)The unprofessionalism started from the point of judgement, in a skweechy way the female receptionist said its 300 Dhs, even prior to the explanation of the service. misjudging the customers for affordabilityShe didnt showed any interest in explanation of the service, like how much time it will take, whats the brand of the color and for how much months or week it will stay.Note to the Management: Seriously didnt expected this type of hospitality and customer service.Date of Event: Sept 09, 2021, Time: 8:50pmRequire action over it!!!

A great salon for men. Firstly you get greeted with a smiling face from Lovely who always offers you a drink. Ask for Kemal for a haircut or beard trim. One of the best. And for all other grooming services ask for Agnes. She will take care of everything for you. Here you will never be disappointed with regards to quality and service.

It’s not cheap, but it is definitely worth it. Both times I was there I had different hairdressers. Both were professional and actually cared about giving me a good haircut. Special thanks to master Kemal, after his haircut I feel like a new man.

I used to have my hair cut done in dubai marina but i moved here in abu dhabi good thing they have here in galleria near at my workplace. This store is much better than my usual in dubai. I like their hospitality and quick action. Kudos!

I had a haircut service couple of days ago, and i can say this is one of the worst barber shops in Abu Dhabi. It is quite clear they have no idea what they are doing I could not recommend this place less, the hairdressers are not professional and well trained for handling this job under a brand name, aside from being rude and not behaving well with clients also.The place will look sparkling and clean from outside, but shockingly form inside its a mess .. dust all over the shelves and equipments, bad odor and a stinky apron.I expected extra measures in terms of sanitizing and better customer service, but unfortunately they weren’t even close to the level of normal situation. I dont recommend this place at all and will never step into this outlet again.

I went in for a haircut on Friday 22nd May. The cost is reasonable for a mens cut at 105 AED, 30 minutes . After a consultation I explained I am trying to grow out my hair and just require a tidy on the back and sides. The hairdresser then spent 15 minutes hacking off my hair. I was left with nothing that resembled the cut I was looking for. it is quite clear they have no idea what they are doing... I could not recommend this place less.

Unfortunately this Male grooming salon which markets itself as a premium hairstyle lounge is going from bad to worse. I have been using the salon in Galleria since 2017, and I used to get my hair cut there with a fantastic Egyptian stylist who was introduced to me by a really competent floor manager who was actually why I continued using the salon. In fact people from Dubai I knew would actually make the trip over to Abu Dhabi (even during Covid)) and even though there are branches in Dubai. It used to be a really well run shop in Galleria.But recently the salon has been using inferior products for a while and undercutting its services..... Clearly when the quality goes, the quality people also go with it. I called to make an appointment today for the usual guy on the silly 800 number they have, and as I expected they wont tell me where I can find them. Instead they offered me a free appointment, which was a little desperate. It is not often I leave negative reviews like this but on this occasion I thought it necessary. Very poor operation overall. I desperately needed to get a haircut - if anyone knows of somewhere good in Abu Dhabi please let me know. I wish there were more options in the Galleria Mall.

Had a great massage at Urban Lounge with Cindy. The venue was very clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Cindy did a great job getting the knots out of my back. I felt so much better afterwards as my back was very tight and stiff prior to the massage. I will definitely return.

The place is very hospitable and welcoming to their customers. I have been coming to urban male lounge galleria branch for 5 years now and the service is always great and improving with each visit. They are always cautious with my haircut and attentive to details ensuring their customers leave satisfied with the haircut, which is important for the customer. You look good and you feel good, after going out from their branch

Given the current situation with COVID-19, I don’t recommend this place at all as they provided me poor quality of service in Ramadan.The sanitization at this place is at it lowest. I didn’t notice any extra efforts to address the situation.Despite that the place will look sparkling and clean from outside, but from inside is a bit questionable, from my last experience, the barber called me to the chair where the area around it was not clean and was full of hair from at least 2 people before me.The barber (M.N) was not professional, he didn’t sanitize the tools and chair properly, and was giving me the feeling u are coming one hour before Iftar and was just trying to finish so quick as he was on rush.I tried to call the customer service after that but without no luck, I managed to speak to them few days ago and they didn’t even show any kind of appreciation for my feedback. I asked them I want to speak to their manager and they said will inform the management.I expected extra measures in terms of sanitizing and better customer service, but unfortunately they weren’t even close to the level of normal situation.I was even thinking of reporting this to the health authorities here in Abu Dhabi, but anyway guys , please think twice before booking at this place.

Have been visiting UML since 2013 at least. Fantastic staff, facilities. The new location (opposite Waitrose) is excellent and the overall ambience is wonderful. The barbers (special mention to Alla) are great and the front staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly.

I was exp. the good ambiance for the staff. Very amazing to accommodate as well.

Cannot find the 6 star button on here but the Urban Male Lounge definitely deserves it. Barbers are very professional and cautious in regards to the way you want your hair. Nail techs are extremely friendly. Instant welcoming feeling as you walk in.

Having been a frequent visitor for many years, I have enjoyed the services on offer from the barber to the nail technicians and the massages. Recently, I’ve not had time to visit and so going back yesterday was great. Cindy the nail technician recognised me from so many months ago and was very skilled, attentive and pleasant during my treatment. An amazing pedicure and manicure - thank you.

One of my worst ever haircuts I regret the second I stepped into the place, the barber didn’t even tried to make an effort it only took him 8 minutes to finish and the outcome is horrible. And it way overpriced i can go to ruby salon and get a 20 dhs hair cut for a better quality 105 is too expensive and it’s not even good. I’d highly recommend going to ELAK hair salon couldn’t go there cause it’s closed in Fridays
