Specifically told him to not make my hair shorter just neat, now half the length is gone. Asked him to do a square cut on the beard, he refused. The way he shaped my beard on the lower lip looks absolutely STUPID! I had to go somewhere else and pay a lot more to fix his ridiculous work!
